It would help if Mr Parker would let the world know what we have, when he stated the initial trial results would be peer reviewed and published "very soon" gave the impression that we would finally have a decent article to read about one of our products instead of reading about what our competitors are up to.

I only hope the delay and the silence is the BOD in negotiations with a strategic partner for an onlicense or takeover otherwise their will be some flack heading their way, so much potential so little noise.

Re the warrants if you look at Hemo and IMM very similar trend, shareprice on a run, warrants exercised, shareprice stalls and drops back a bit, another run on the shareprice an then OK for few days and then some more warrants exercised as if there is a script.

At last years AGM was it not said by the chairman that it "could possibly be the last AGM" so even he had a hunch that we could possibly be bought outright.

If a strategic partner decided instead to take 1801 or 737 with an upfront payment with milestones then the cash could be used to progress 1802 or 3. Also someone might be interested directly with 1803 and then we could progress the others.

I am personally hoping for a takeover so I can sort my own plans out.

The last few weeks have seen a few pharmas on a roller coaster with IMM, HEMO, AVACTA and even OXB getting a rise today, hopefully our turn next "Very Soon"

Which one to lead the pack? A good line up of small pharmas looking for a strategic partner ( large pharma with plenty cash) to take their products forward into development and commercialisation.

With loads of patents coming to an end in the next few years there is a hunger from the large pharmas to replenish their portfolios for the future.

"VERY SOON" mr Parker stated for the peer review of the initial trial data and publication in a journal, has this been held back at the request of a third party involved in negotiations? A bit of PR would do us the world of good, IMM, HEMO are already on their way with a good volume of trades and their BB's buzing. If we can get this moving we might get some of the profit taken from them invested over here.

Very soon Mr Parker said for the peer review and publication in a journal, OBD published such an article yesterday and their shares jumped 20% just shows what a bit of PR can do to keep the shareprice moving.

I hope the publication is being withheld at the request of a strategic partner and Mr Parker is going to reward us with a nice surprise "very soon " or he will be needing a tin hat and flack jacket for the AGM.

VERY SOON mr Parker, I think he must have gone on his summer holidays and forgot to publish the data.

Hopefully next week a nice RNS to lift the shareprice prior to either tox results or news of a strategic partner wanting to take us over.

I think that before releasing any statement Mr Parker would have sought clearance ( don't know who oversees legal coms, ) so I would have thought that there would have been a degree of certainty in his words.

Yes Mr Parker said "very soon" we would have the initial trial results peer reviewed and published in a journal, is this being delayed at the request of a strategic partner who is mulling over the results of the tox data so far before they commit to an offer?

Why would he make such a statement and set himself up for failure?

I have mentioned before about the importance of the initial trial with the use of biomarkers. The biomarkers would give indication of where the drug is effective so as to allow the BOD to focus on the targets that would add the most value to the company.

Has the results from this initial trial and biomarkers influenced the bods decision to go for a tox study (which will be applicable for all potential targets) and the biomarkers indicated the findings of the blood brain barrier which opens up some potential revenue streams for a range of ailments.

Mr Parker said the peer review and publication of the initial findings would be "very soon" so hopefully should not be long.

While they can't manufacture good news Mr Parker stated at his last outing about 6 weeks ago that the peer review and publication in a journal of the 8nitial trial of 1801 with biomarkers would be "Verry Soon"

Mr Parker any chance of giving the owners of this company (ie us shareholders) something to read while the tox study is ongoing? I would like to read it before I start to wrap my Xmas presents as "very soon it will be xmas"

My opinion on this subject is the BOD are playing their cards close to their chest and they don't want to let to much info out until they are ready so as to keep a low ball offer away.

That's why I now believe the results of the peer review and publication in the journal has not happened yet, they are waiting for more info from the tox study.

They made a complete mess of the finance deals with riverfort and now have shareholders locked in with substantial holdings at various levels so the shareholders who bought in at a similar time to the hnwi will be looking for a share price of more than £3 where as the ones who got in at about 12p might be happy with anything above £1 which would scupper the BODs master plan.

I have said before that I think we have been played by a major pharma for years, first it was siera changing the finance agreement from initial stage payments to back end loaded then stalled the development because of gsk buyout (coincidence or planned tactics?) The mystery Company (who we were told were American WHY, was this to deflect attention from a parent company of an American subsidiary) both these years held back any major development of 737 (other than the independent research that others have mentioned.) And put financial pressure on Sareum which delayed the development of 1801.

if i am correct with the above you have to admire the bod in keeping going and finding a way to maintain some form of forward momentum. I would like to think they knew about the initial trial results before finalised in December and were in discussions with a strategic partner. They reviewed the results of the trial and especially the Biomarkers which would give them an indication of target diseases which would then give them the opportunity to develop 1801 in a trial that is going to generate the maximum finance over the life of the remaining patent.

The results of the initial trial, the biomarkers together with tox study data will give a strategic partner a blank canvas to decide whether it would be worth running a number of trials in parallel.

I just hope we have some news in the next few weeks to help keep the shareprice stable and a positive outlook, come on Mr Parker yo said "very soon for the peer review and publication" let us have something next week to cheer us up.

Yes once again nothing but silence from the BOD when Mr Parker said "very soon we would have 1801 initial trial results peer reviewed and published in a journal" it would be nice to be able to look in detail what the results were especially the bio markers. Hopefully it is the results from these that played a part in the change of track from a next phase study to that of a tox study.

The biomarkers may have indicated which diseases with the biggest financial market was worth focusing on to be of the greatest value for a potential strategic partner.

Thanks again for our resident research team on this BB in keeping the documents flowing of what other similar products are doing a helping to keep the faith, its a pity that some of them are not actually on our BOD something to consider for the next AGM or EGM which ever one comes first.

Whilst it is great to read about other companies progress articles and having discussions on their possible projected income streams it would be even better if ourselves and others were discussing similar topics about Sareums drugs.

If you look at all of the research links posted about 737 and the years that various trials have been going on and having been kicked down the road by siera, then stalled for another year by a mystery american company for another year. Now in Sareums control since January and still no progress to report.

1801 initial trial complete and signed off in December, results to be peer reviewed and published in journal (very soon said Mr Parker about a month ago) still no news.

Mr Parker any chance of giving the owners of this company (ie us shareholders) an update on the above? You could also give us an update on any deals with a strategic partner and casually mention the tox studies are progressing well with no adverse effects noted.

I am personally hoping for news long before Xmas, Mr Parker stated that the peer review and publication in a journal of the initial trial would be "very soon" I hope the delay of this event is because he is using it to negotiate a deal with a strategic partner.

If there are negotiations going on then they have had since December to do due diligence on the results of the initial trial, plus the data from the toxicology study ( initiated late May) together with the data from 737 which was returned in Jan so hopefully Mr Parker can pull something out of the hat before the end of the study. The value must be increasing as each week goes by with more data coming in, at what stage does a large pharma make their move?

Come on Mr Parker next week a nice juicy RNS "shares suspended pending vote by shareholders, the BOD recommends acceptance" here's hoping.

Silver if Mr Parker published the results of the initial trial in the journal that he said would be ready "very soon" we might get articles posted in a few newspapers and investment Web sites which should stir up a bit of interest.

With the technology available now for distribution of info Sareum could have given articles on 737 trials and 1801 to a graduate in marketing and promotion and had better coverage than what we have paid our PR company for.

If there is no news shortly there may be a vote of no confidence going in against Mr Parker.

Mr Parker said "Very Soon" for the publication which I hope means next week and not his typical timescale which could be anytime up till Xmas.

His last presentation did wonders for his reputation, the shareprice and the overall sentiment of the shareholders on this BB.

Its amazing what a regular news flow can have on a company, I just hope Mr Parker gets the message and keeps it going.

The peer review should get circulated to all of the global scientists involved in similar research and hopefully get the attention of someone in a large pharma's R&D dept which could trigger an interest.

Even if it got some of the scientists to buy some shares.

It would be fantastic if a formal offer is made for the company there is more than one pharma interested. MR parker mentioned "let the world see what we have " and "they would form an orderly que" so Mr Parker its over to you, keep the PR machine going. My calcs make more buys than sells and noticed mm's opened the spread later in the day. Has anyone got level 2 where they can see the total no of buys and sells?

I can remember from the days of Thoth that someone recommended we all put a sell on all of our shares at a high price so the mm's computer algorithm would keep the brakes on the share price and not "borrow" shares to trade.

Mr Parker said in his presentation very nearly ready for publication (or something like that) are we going to see this publication or is it being held back until a strategic partner puts some money on the table for a merger or acquisition?
