I would like to think that with all of the success of other tyk2's and the trials of 737 in combo together with the Ai development and the news of a potential for one of our drugs to cross the bbb thet at least one major pharma has us on their radar.

If our BOD has had someone on board for the duration of the tox trials then they would have had their own ream analysing the results on a weekly if not daily basis.

This could be the time for due diligence, looking at what the whole Sareum package is worth before entering into discussions of a value for onlicense or takeover.

Looking at todays fundamentals of trading it looks like the mm's either dropped the price to take out someone's stop loss to pick up some cheap shares before any news or possibly some warrants being exercised.

If we get into discussions on here chaps please be minfull of replying to a conversation with a negative header as some will use the opportunity to stir the pot.

The longer the delay and any resistance to the outcome by the government is an own goal, why any investors would want to support any business venture in their country.

The longer this drags on makes it look like the arbitration is being guided by political influence and not being impartial.

The shenanigans going on in the euro zone after the Hungary election may be having a spin off on this process.

The quicker this gets resolved the better, there have been a few financial reporters watching what is going on here.

I wonder if the arbitration was waiting to see what the outcome of the court judgement would be before finalising details?

I was thinking the same re the valuation of the gas reserves and wondered if they would be taken into account.

Hopefully not long to wait now, I believe the decision by this arbitration is final and there is no appeal or means to drag it out.

If any large pharma was interested in a tyk2 they may be tempted with a carrot of some substantial data from the initial trial with the results of the bio markers.

It has been over a year now since the trial was completed and yet the report has yet to be published. How can the "world see what we have " if it is stuffed in Mr Parkers bottom drawer.

The RNS states "The Company has recently acquired the license for SRA737" you are having a laugh you have had it for over 12 months and still assessing what to do with it, Its like the "Very Soon" statement that was mentioned about 4 months ago.

We are now just waiting for the announcement of the award of the title "PROFFESSOR John Reader" for his outstanding life's work in drug development which has recently been scrutinised by his peers (probably some of the HNWI's) and is being published in the 2026 Xmas edition of the Beano. (very soon).

He will of course be nominated for a knighthood and might even challenge Donald Trump for a Nobel prize for science.

Mr Parker stated the initial trial data would be peer reviewed and published in a journal 'very soon" as this statement was made about 3 months ago is this not tantamount to misleading the market (and shareholders) ?

I personally feel the data is being withheld as the BOD are frightened of a low ball offer, the longer this is allowed to drift the greater the distance the BOD are putting between themselves and us.

The gas price must be at a high price (value of the gas field) with the war in Ukraine, I just hope the outcome is favourable and proportionate to the value of the asset and the time (and money) wasted by political games.

The radio silence from the BOD only adds to them distancing themselves and if a low ball offer from a hostile takeover comes in , then all of a sudden they need the support of the shareholders to reject the offer (as they deem the company worth more).

They might get a surprise the amount of shareholders who accept just to get out and see the back of them, here's hoping someone snaps us up and drives the development of the drugs.

The drugs have a value now but carry more risk, but if any pharma liked what they saw and was prepared to carry an element of risk they could have 737, 1801, 1802 and the new drug which crossed the blood brain barrier together with the SKIL platform and an FLT.

Isn't it strange that gsk who bought siera, stalled the development of 737, then the following year and unknown American company stalled it for another year (siera are American owner by gsk ) then our BOD get control and stall it for another year.

I have just ran a request on chat gpt to produce a list of all of the trials that 737 has been used in and it is very interesting.

Why this has not been commercialised does not add up and needs investigating by UK government, I might just ask local MP how to go about process.

I think a few investor publications are watching for the outcome of the arbitration ruling, my understanding is their ruling is final and there is no appeals, if they decide a guilty party has to pay again I beleive there is no option for refusal. An amount and a date by which it must be paid is set.

The outcome will have implications for future investments in the country and even other European countries so watch this space, fingers crossed it is very favourable in light of the amount of time this has dragged on and also now the high value of the gas reserves.
