I'll like the bit when the share price is back to £1.90, personally.
A question I'd like to pose to the BOD, as it's constantly asked by myself and others in the guild is;
Why haven't the BOD bothered buying any shares? (Brooke's hubby doesn't really count, or the meager amount of money some of the directors spent at placing, given their insane salaries.)
I'm sure this question will be on the mind of many LTH's, because to me it says they either have no confidence in the product, don't think it's worth the risk at these prices (lol) or they're just in it to ride the gravy train with options until the money runs out.
I'd love to attend the AGM, but I can't sadly.
Because I've not posted in a very long time, and as a very burnt LTH. I must say that it's been interesting reading some of the views posted here since the epic crash; At the end of the day, the company and leadership f'd up royally. So this is a long-term hold at best. I have my doubts that the company will ever deliver, but the AGM will hopefully shine some light on that - time will tell.
GLTALTH.

Because Alpha mentioned the broker note, I'd say that reading it is highly recommended - although I'm sure all proper investors with SNG have already done so. But between that, and the 2 interviews on WedMD (that brilliant one with SSH, and RM) gave me all the confidence I needed to remain in this stock for the forseeable future.
As a result, I'm hoping a takeover will eventually happen, so that the worry of when to actually sell is taken out of my hands.
Whilst I'm well aware of the company not wanting to apply for EUA until after P3 results, it does beggar belief that when there's a (what us investors in SNG strongly believe) to be an amazing treatment here, that those plans aren't scrapped and EUA applied for now.
Omicron is ravaging the UK right now, vaccines and boosters aren't enough and we've had this sitting on the sidelines for ages that could make a huge difference to the mess we're in. Immensely frustrating.
This treatment requires a fire to put out, and that fire is now starting to spread! You can keep your dodgy pills and quaint soundbites, this is the real deal!
One other thing to add, as I always get a bit more jazzed up than usual when there's good news. But you can't really blame Polygon for accumulating more shares, especially when PI's hand them over on a silver platter like on Friday.
I hope this is all a build up to a huge bidding war and a takeover eventually, I think it's heading that way at least.
I was thinking of posting this, as a couple of paragraphs in the story stand out;
Prof Davies, who worked in intensive care during the coronavirus pandemic, said the discovery shows the "way in which the lung responds to the infection is critical".
This is an important step forward, he added, because "most treatments (until now) have focused on changing the way in which the immune system reacts to the virus".
So, yeah, not exactly related. But skirting the edges extremely closely.
Of course we do, Fruits. It's the;
Boris Johnson Wait And See Strategy ™

Those people that had their pants pulled down earlier will be sorry now lol.
I'm thankful I'm wearing my bracers today, then.
Hold your nerves and shares, folks!
The penny seems to finally be dropping, so there's definitely 3-4 exciting months ahead like many have said. Ever since Activ2 progression was announced, I've decided I'm not selling anything until at least £8. Why? We've had one great bit of news, sure, but look at the price we're at already and the fireworks haven't begun to go off.
I'm just going to write this here for my own jollies, as I need an outlet for my brimming excitement - but speculation from others is welcome as well. With no particular date order, I'd like to see;
1) First patient dosed Activ2 P3
2) TR1 accumulating
3) P3 Recruitment complete
4) Maybe another TR1
5) P3 results
6) Pre-order
7) T/O or further orders
And the snowball gains even greater momentum! I'm trying to not get too carried away here (as per usual) but I think things are going to get very crazy, very quickly - the evidence is stacking up.
I'm assuming that the data will be really good, and whilst it may not result in the same percentage gain to the SP as the P2 results, I believe that getting approval and EUA is as inevitable as a takeover ultimately - then again, I'm very bullish on SNG purely because it's still the supposedly most efficacious treatment out there to date, and P3 will confirm that.
I still think £5-10 is easily achieveable by the endgame, at least, my target price is in that range.
Have a good weekend all.
Matterhorn and Woodstock,
Maybe I am getting a little ahead of myself, but it's certainly been a frustrating journey as an investor here - no gains have ever sustained themselves over the last 12 months, this seems to be the level in which it plateaus after good and bad news.
I just hope that, despite what the institutions say, their interests align somewhat with ours when it comes down to the crunch, and that it's not a way for a buyer to get in with a low-ball offer.
The sad thing about this is that whoever ends up taking over Synairgen (which I believe is an inevitability), they're going to get it for a song unless PI's get their act together and start holding onto shares, rather than trading for a pittance of profit all the time (RM said this in the panel discussion this week in a round-about way)
For a company that's on the brink of announcing P3 results, with a world-class drug and what I hope to be a successful transition in the Activ2 trial to name it's near-future prospects - I think the SP is a disgrace, and doesn't reflect it's true value.
