I still think 1.5p - 1.8p on PEPR and funding/partner, circa £30m mcap is an entirely conservative and reasonable value based on 2x income sources. When you add the excitement/interest around Cornwall/ Redmoor, that may well make my projection seem so conservative I will have to change my user name to Boris.

All IMO of course.
