I was wondering if the term "proposes" was like a public notice giving interested third parties time to respond. As it is under "Public Notices".

Because the date is well into January this year and a month after the feedback in December.

No, that's passed ok. I looked at others if they are in dispute there is no received date and it is in red.

I not looked at how that map worked yet. Well discovered gorsuch. Something else to keep an eye on. The target outcome date for all that I have looked at appear to be between 5 - 6 months.

We are waiting on news of submission of the PEPR response and then the response from Energy and Mining SA, be it in the form of another query or the approval/rejection. This could happen as soon as Q2 or into next year. We just do not know.
We also await news of funding or a JV partnership either before or after the award of the PEPR. I would hazard a guess that terms would be more favorable to us post PEPR award.
We also await news that the Cobre has rolled over at the end of Feb (by way of not receiving notice that it hasn't). Can we expect to see better sales figures due to the upturn in Iron Ore from $83 last March to $156 today.
Are we expecting anything else?

The BoD have yet to fully explain why we have "severe undervaluation". If we were suffering "severe undervaluation", we would be ripe for a take over. Those with industry expertise would recognise the business opportunity in a company that is severely undervalued. I would be making industry wide noise and publicity, if I were being severely undervalued by the Market. A steady constant banging of the drum and providing the facts to disprove those who undervalue. We only seem to get a once in a while sound bite "undervalued" in our increasingly fewer proactive videos. Either the argument is there or it is not. If it is, then argue it.

There is nothing to "panic sell" about. We seem to be sitting comfortably in the low to mid 0.2ps and not dropping on the lack of news. Easy hold and wait.

"the Team" MUST be working hard somewhere. It is not apparent that they are working hard here. They do have other interests which MUST be on the cusp of something as they clearly stated their intent and have not released news. Are they in a closed period which stops them letting shareholders have their vote? There MUST be a reason they are not notifying shareholders on their stated intention. If only we could refocus them here. Maybe a bonus would help?

The problem with believing a story is that is when you have heard it so often, you start to question it but don't want to question yourself. This book needs a new cover to sell more copies.

You mean mcap levels and not sp levels, I guess. 1.5p to 1.8p on PEPR and funding/partner IMO. Then we will see what a funded Redmoor can add in the way of 10's of millions.

The PEPR can't be approved until SML respond to the feedback. We do not know if this is a small thing or a big issue and we do not know if once this box is ticked the PEPR will be approved/more feedback requested/more time required to make a decision. We could be looking at Q2 or Q4, we just have no idea. Then unless something has been pre-arranged, we will be a company with a PEPR and no money. We have had a PEPR and funding before and that got us no where. It is 2 years later, so while production may be "soon". It was already happening 2 years ago, this does not give any confidence this time around.

1p? We will not get to 1p IMO without both the PEPR and a funding or partnership plan. I know I tout 1.5p - 1.8p, but that is with both. To raise at 1p we need to be at 1.5p. I just do not see this as a viable option. I see no publicity campaign or any improvement to the companies outward appearance to promote any uplift in mcap. I have no idea what goes on behind the scenes, but it is not glaringly visible to PI's.

Sammy. I think past performance has taught us that we should not be allowed to go it alone at LCCM. They have had 2 years to "go it alone and failed".

is the total lack of trades. Even the MM's fail make money here. Why is that? Rather than coming out with the occasional "undervalued" statement. Perhaps you would like to explain the total lack of interest or visibility in your chosen market. You control the Public face of the company along with marketing strategy. All we appear to have is an out of date website and minimal shareholder communication, mainly confined to RNS releases and the very occasional video of how we are "undervalued". If we are "undervalued" then please break this down as to why this is so and publish something explaining this to the market and shareholders. Just repeating the mantra doesn't work. It does not serve anyone to just let us sit here when if we are truly undervalued, we could be raising funds at a higher sp, with less impact on the share issue and more focus on "shareholder value".

On Cobre no news is no news. It is a rolling contract which apparently requires notification to cancel by the end of Feb. Come the end of Feb we should know either way. Given our mcap, either Cobre or Redmoor and LCCM together are missing from the Market valuation IMO.

Sammy if they have not already got a plan for funding or a partner conditional on PEPR approval, we may just as well all sell up. We have had everything (barring the PEPR) readily available to present to funding or business partners for a very long time. If the delays have not been fully utilised to get their act together for action upon PEPR approval, they never will do so.
