Happy New Year John, long time no see. Positive projections are back.

Given that:

I take from this that we are going for a JV as the way ahead and that no one is likely to "sign off" until we have a PEPR, unless Copper prices continue to rise and someone takes the next step to beat the competition.
So we are back to the PEPR and wondering if we will be informed when we have responded and the ball is back in the SA Gov Mining Court.

Cobre rollover news is always welcome as it is our current backbone and the expected increase in income should go into development of LCCM and Redmoor, not into bonuses.

The increase in value on LCCM was a given, as if it was profitable before then an increase of $2500T would directly be added to the bottom line. It is excellent to have it presented thus, but it would be even better to be producing at this price.

The news on LCCM does not mention if we have responded to the PEPR feedback, which leaves us guessing again. I will guess we haven't, as it was not mentioned.

Spring is sprung, what better time to release the coiled spring that is SML. Copper is waiting for no one and every dollar increase is straight onto the profit line. Let us get LCCM working BoD. $2500T increase all onto the top line. Do what you have to, just get producing.

If we do not received notification of cancellation by Feb 28 each year the Cobre Contract rolls over for another year, as I understand it.

3 days until Cobre rolls over.

Surely one our 3 or 4 interested investors/partners would want to jump the PEPR gun at this Copper Price. Else they may lose the prize.

When I click on ML5467 on the map it goes straight to the current PEPR application with dates and few details. FYI I am using Google Chrome on a PC.

Copper should be making us rich.

We seem to have had larger sales going through, mid to late afternoon for the past few days. Someone is bailing or coincidence is stacking.

On the cusp of the PEPR response to the SA Gov. Remoor interest building. Cobre sales doing well. Interesting times.

We are simply waiting for notice of our response to their feedback. We have an expected time frame for our response, then we have to wait for the South Australian Government to make a decision. Wait until 31 March then if we have not had notice of our response, by all means bang the drum.

"The process for the Leigh Creek Copper Mine ("LCCM") Program for Environmental Protection and Rehabilitation ("PEPR"), for planned copper mining at the Paltridge North deposit, continues to progress as expected. In late December 2020, the Company received official feedback from the South Australian government in relation to the PEPR application for the deposit and the Company is currently preparing a response, and expects to submit this to the South Australian government during the quarter ended 31 March. At present, and subject to the receipt of funding, the Company does not believe that any issues identified will prevent planned mining and processing occurring at Leigh Creek in 2021."

Very nice to see expansion exploration at Redmoor.

You don't have the voting rights to change them and the constant assassination is doing our investments no good. Copper is up at $9010. They have the right metal pricing to make a go of LCCM (as much as I dislike the whole project) and to sell Redmoor (which is what I would do) and move on. Whatever they decide to do (as what is stated often turns out to be not quite what happens) it is now or never. If they can't make a go of this now then they never will. The conditions are perfect. High prices, vaccine helping to come out of Pandemic shut down and the EV revolution. It is put up or go home time.
