The draft PEPR is being assessed by the SA, Ministry for Energy and Mining. We have had an update from the BoD and I have confirmation from SA, Gov that all information requested has been received. Unless they find something else they need to query within our response, we are just waiting for them to approve the draft submission. The next progress we should hear about is the money maker.

I would expect very significantly, as LCCM becomes a major realisable asset.

At some stage in the not to distant future, there will be a decision on the draft PEPR submission. We are in the hands of the SA, Dept for Energy and Mining and they will follow due process without delay. I would have thought that given all documentation has been submitted (confirmed), we would start to see some interest given the NPV with copper sitting at $9,960. We are moving towards a substantial company turnaround if approved. Interesting times. Was it worth the wait and emotions? My money says yes.

560k added. Building back towards my 2017 holding. The price of Copper has changed everything for the better.

What are we here for? A quick buck? A big payday? To break even? We are all after our own personal gain in whatever fashion we have set as our goal. I doubt anyone here is investing for the "good of the company", simply to see the company do well. Looking forward and not back, the fundamentals are there for all to see. The Copper price is live and can be viewed online. All of the current numbers are there to allow anyone to calculate the NPV. You can research, communicate and speculate. The personal attacks show will never help you attain whatever your goal is, unless it is simply to antagonise. The recipients of your comments have emotions, friends and family as well who can all read this. I topped up 507k yesterday and will l hopefully add another 500k today. My money is where my mouth is. Focus on your goals or your bitterness will consume you.

Now. Who else has done the financials at $10k? It's certainly interesting.

The information is already public in the RNS and could therefore be confirmed by the correct department. I did not ask for and they did not offer any information which is not in the public domain.

That's why we do homework. I contacted Gov SA Mining and they told me that all requested information has been received. The SARIG website until not be updated until they have fully assessed the information and can confirm that they required no confirmations on anything in the newly submitted material. It just takes a phone call or email. It is information that is publicly available.

Will copper breakout of 4 digits into 5 digit territory? It is pushing $9,00 right now and may well hit $10k before the weekend. That will be nice for copper speculators.

With copper pushing at $9,900 this morning, will $10,000 be a breakout? Demand is not decreasing and supply is not catching up. The profitability just keeps on getting sweeter. I am sure many will have done the calculations, I have to revise my opinion of our mcap upwards to circa £35m - £40m giving us 1.8p to 2.2p on receipt of PEPR and funding. You simply have to look at what we have in the ground and once we have permission to mine LCCM is a substantial asset. Homework and information which is publicly available is the key to unlock any concerns. I have done my homework, calculations and phone calls. Have you done yours?

One giant leap for SML

There has been an excellent up, followed by a very long down to get us to this point. There have been emotions on display by many, which were nothing if not brutally honest as experienced individually. Money does that to the best of us. There comes a time when emotions must be reasoned with. I was never an admirer of LCCM, I have spoken out against it on many occasions. I did not have the forward midterm mindset which has now shown LCCM to be one of those opportunities that the majority of us overlook, due to the increase in demand and pricing of copper. I honestly believe that we are due a massive re-rate on the award of the PEPR. The income stream from LCCM should be transformational for SML, if we get it right this time. I have been vocal in support of the BoD on occasion, as I have been equally vocal against. My stance is now very much supporting them. LCCM was either a stroke of genius or a "good guess" that is about to pay off. All of course in my own opinion.

Which means that when we get the PEPR..... we will be catching up pretty fast. One month into Q2 already.

lol DVH. Focus on the PEPR and what might be this quarter. 1.5p - 1.8p circa £30m mcap IMO.

They have this quarter to turn it around. They may well just do it.
