Good news as always when the rollover at Cobre is confirmed. Everything else is padding until we get the PEPR and finance that is not a CLN..

A PEPR with just enough finance to produce copper cement would be nice. We had gold prospects but sold them. We had Hanns Camp and the gave a spike on speculation for those already holding and produced nothing but sorrow for those buying into the spin. The next 5 years were spin after spin to this point. The final piece in the death spiral jigsaw will be a CLN. They may even be able to drag the PEPR out for another year of salary.

That is only true if we have not been misled about the assets. Potential JV partners could not see a deal. A global bank did DD and did not see a deal. A financial consulting company specialising in finance for companies such as ours, could not get a deal. So something does not add up as the commodity price is at its highest. It is either (as you say) the management team, or we are being misled on exactly what we have and the value of it.

Please don't just throw numbers around. I would love to see 2p, but you need to explain the reasoning for a £40m mcap prediction when we about to take on (allegedly) a $10m usd loan. I could (as I have said for a very long time) have seen a £30m mcap with funding and a full PEPR. That time has passed. A watered down PEPR means we cannot add the full asset value to the mcap, as we would need to finance a full PEPR and probably it will require a lot more time (again) to achieve that. If we have to fall back on a convertible loan note then we will see massive dilution into the finance and that will see shareholder value devastated yet again, whatever the mcap. We do not need $10m usd. We do not need further exploration and drilling funded from outside the company. We need to borrow just enough to start production and fund exploration from said production.

JV options failed, Banking options failed. Now is this due to the DD on the projects by the potential investors (in which case are we being misinformed?), was the interest never really there (were we being misinformed?) or the failure of the BoD to correctly "sell" these projects. Any answer is telling anyone willing to look, that what we get told and reality do not match.
I don't think anyone in their right mind would lend us $10m usd for a slice of LCCM, when the whole company LCCM / Redmoor and income from renewable contract at COBRE only has Market value of $9.5m. I expect the next excuse will be uncertainty in the financial Markets due to the Russian incursion into Ukraine. Maybe funding 2023?

With copper over $10k. Either get finance now or sell LCCM. No CLM which will just kill us totally. If you can't sort it out at this commodity price, then just sell the company to someone who can.
