It will move, but which way. The PEPR will certainly give a rise in sp. As for finance; If it is not forthcoming, the the rise on PEPR will soon subside. A JV partner for LCCM would reduce the risk and reduce the income but increase the chance of production and profit, raising the mcap significantly. A $10m loan would show the lenders confidence and therefore give market confidence and increase the mcap, probably by not as much as a JV. A Convertible Loan Note would probably cause an initial small rise and then dilution as the CLN was converted would leave most here worse off.
