Under the lower (orange) drop down assessment bar, I had no visibility of any input for a while. Now the older/original PEPR dates have reappeared. Is this just a glitch? Can others see them now and have they been missing for a while? Are they just rubbing in how long we have been waiting? Or......

Select "View Mining Program Assessment Status" Start
Select the block ML5467 (small area just below Copley on map.
That will give you the status of MPEPR2022/135

Oh well. We are at least due an RNS on the exploration licence ;)

All we have is confirmation that the Assessment is completed, dated today and that the offer has been sent. This is visible on the SARIG Map.

Is is the small area (T shape lying on its side. or half a capital H) just to the right of Copley.

If I had the spare cash I would certainly buy a couple of mil at this. I can easily see at least 1 bag on news, if nothing else. Just my opinion. Which only means something to me, as you all have your own. I am sure our resident commentators will have their usual say on my slight lean towards upbeat for a day.

Now we need to wait for the details. But as it says "Offer sent". I guess we can take it for granted that it is approved.
The Market may only catch up with an RNS, unless there is significant movement to attract attention.

until the 2 year anniversary (or the Cotton anniversary) of our lodging the draft PEPR with the SA Gov.

Moonpig (other card companies are available) do 20 editable "cotton anniversary" congratulations cards. If your sending overseas, you may want to allow a couple of days for delivery.

A quote from the corresponding RNS: "Generally, the process takes around three to four months from lodgement of the draft PEPR to the granting of the approval."

Copper is nearly back down to its lowest point in 12 months. We should have been producing. Who would like take culpability for not doing so, as it is obviously not the fault of the BoD?

No one is asking that our opinions conform. We are all "free agents". But "tangible evidence" when supplied government bodies is about as regulated as you can get. I regard "tangible evidence" from our BoD as "questionable evidence", based on past behaviour. I question everything we are told about our assets and company because I simply no longer have faith is anything coming from their mouths or written on paper. I regard companies not wishing to JV with us as questioning our published/stated asset data/condition. I regard a "major global bank" walking away after doing their own DD as questioning our published/stated asset data/condition. I regard certain people walking away from the company as questioning our published/stated asset data/condition. I regarded buying LCCM in the first place (given its well published history) a commercial error (I made that very clear at the time). There have been just too many miscalculations, errors, misjudgements and mistakes. I am at a point where I fail to see how people can be so inept and retain their faith in each other let alone continue to hold their jobs unless it is by design. This is all my current opinion and in that I can see our viewpoints do not conform. I tried my hardest to be objective over the years. This was jumped on as ramping by one faction when I was upbeat about news and de-ramping when I was downbeat about news all to further their own company or personal agenda. Sometimes I made light of events and sometimes I was both overly positive or overly negative. But my main theme throughout was to investigate, communicate and highlight, for my own benefit as an investor and to get reaction on my opinions and findings from other investors to help assess my own work. After years of doing this, the main thing to come out of this for me is that there is one main source that is not giving the full picture. One main source I cannot risk to accept at face value. That is my opinion and my choice. I want to be wrong, so please show me the verified evidence that I am. I want to recover my loss. I want other shareholders to be rewarded for investing (speculating).

Who did the DD for LCCM and what was the status of their company relationship to any BoD member? Who did the drilling at LCCM and what was their company relationship to any BoD member? How was Redmoor presented to SML as a financially viable asset given the relationship with AB as the chairman of both the buying and selling companies?
