Oil price goes up, share price plummets

Oil prices goes down, share price just about holds even

Can’t catch a break at the moment

Good results for EasyJet today at this stage. Hope the same for Jet2 after Febs statement.

It’s just so frustrating and disappointing that one thing after the next is holding back the potential here.

No breakthrough with Ukraine/Russia…

War about to kick off in the gulf which is also pushing up oil prices.

Cant seem to catch a break at the moment. Only thing is to hold out and hope for clear skies ahead.

There’s been some big buys throughout the day so people clearly have confidence in this share, and hopefully some confidence that the doom and gloom will soon lift and we can finally see green

Let’s hope so, however in the meantime, once again at this stage it’s the lowest rising share price alongside IAG, EasyJet, Wizz and Tui. Any explanation for this?

Nice to see a rally in the last month or so. The company is doing a great job amongst all the doom and gloom in the world these days. Maybe it’s value and potential is finally being realised?

The new route will see Jet2.com operate 14 weekly direct flights, with an impressive total of approximately 169,000 seats available in its first year of operation. Specifically, there will be seven weekly flights to Sharm El-Sheikh. These flights will be split between various departure cities, including two from Birmingham, one from Edinburgh, two from Manchester, and two from London Stansted. In addition, Hurghada will also receive seven weekly flights, with routes departing from Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester, and London Stansted.

Going over to North America to watch the World Cup will be incredibly expensive and unaffordable for most.

Instead they’ll go to the Mediterranean and watch their team down at the local bar I reckon.

I’m hoping so. That Gatwick news is massive, the company is doing really well.

The state of the UK and global economies is holding this share back, but there’s only so much until it will push through.

Are we expecting the trading update tomorrow? I was hoping it came through today. Good to see some positive results and market reaction to EasyJet’s update, let’s hope for more of the same here!

The trading update should be positive and I hope late bookings around Christmas for winter sun and summer 24 will give investors confidence of a really good year ahead.

It’s a shame that the sp should be a lot higher if not for all the constant external/global factors at hand. Plus I don’t think it’s totally recovered from when Philip Meeson stepped down. Here’s hoping though

Let’s hope this issue with shipping disruption in the Red Sea doesn’t cause a massive problem with oil pricing. Article on BBC news already talking about potential rises of oil prices therefore pushing up inflation.

Yes just waiting now for the half year results to come out towards the end of November. Should be good more interesting to see how next years bookings are looking. More good news though is greatly appreciated.

What’s up with this stock at the moment? Easy, IAG and RR have all had a good few days but Jet2 has gone static.
