How is the LSE quote above arrived at for it bears no correlation to day end trades. Anyone?

The MMs will take 1,000,000 shares from you this morning at a premium;giving confidence perhaps to those who wonder about the future direction of the TERN share price. Director buying allied to an increasingly positive news flow, in addition to those two impending presentations,will surely take the SP well over 10 pence in the shorter term

After months of very little communication from TERN,it looks as though we are are about to swing from famine to flood,with webinars and presentations lined up over coming weeks. The share price only stirred today. As Cannons predicts,its future performance could be spectacular.

Common sense told me that something was wrong regarding liquidity,when one saw 2 to 5 % of the shares being traded in a 24 hour period.. Nevertheless,Rodger Sargent,Courtney Investments and others now account for 20% of those shares in public hands;whilst there are likely to be others,like an iceberg,just below that 3% level .If the KIN share price were to rise then I believe other "names" would show up on the KIN register.

Good point phenomenonmick. I will contact the Company to have it reversed. KIN according to AIM rules could not have the holdings as stated.

To say that 82.16% of KIN shares were not in public hands,leaving a free float of under 5 million ,it has been unusual,over the past few days,to be able to buy more or less unlimited amounts of shares without moving the price unduly. Maybe the serplus(around 900k) has all found a new home,for the SP did edge up a touch right on the bell.

The 100k sale a few minutes ago had to be a sale,so you are right polsk,they do want our shares.

NW1 converted their loans into equity and like others suffered severe dilution. Their current holding is 3,996,307 shares or 15.98% of KIN

I would imagine that those "spiked @ 2.97 region" will feel well pleased with themselves down the line.

The MMs are though keen to buy TERN shares at 2.22p,which is considerably better than anything seen over recent trading sessions.Sp could edge upwards from here,imo.

There are several men worth following who have taken a stake in KIN,so I would not get too uptight over the Akers angle. I liked the trading patterns seen over the days prior to Christmas. There is every chance that interest in this shell might continue to grow .
