Cheers matlot. I always hankered after being called a dude. As regards "fooling no one",this would never be on my agenda. Time will tell with new KIN,but I am not alone in thinking that there might be money to be extracted here.

In view of the tight timescale imposed for the placing,one would have needed to be close to Kin to have had any opportunity to become involved. For this reason it seems an good entry point for any PI wishing to buy in around 5.5 pence. Could it be a coincidence that John Taylor for Better Capital Private Equity helped turn around Northern Aerospace and now emerges as a non exec at KIN. Lots of interest ahead as details are announced regarding other large holders. Possibly we will be able to put 2 and two together before we have guidance as to any future corporate action

Bearing in mind the background of new non exec Director John Taylor in Aerospace/Military,could our David Evans be the Chairman of Avon Rubber https://www.linkedin.com/in/evadav/ ? Of greater interest is the 15.98% holding of NW1 Investments Ltd. They previously held 27.6% of Kin,but as with other investors that percentage will have been diluted into virtual oblivion. Nevertheless they have chosen to subscribe for 3,996,307 shares in the new placing. It will be fascinating to see who other significant holders are as further details emerge. The heavier those hitters are,the more likely we are to see some substantial corporate action. Remember,the Kingroup has only until Feb 28th to make an acquisition or acquisitions which constitute(s) a reverse takeover ,so we will not have long to wait.

Not only that though,for KIN has seen some serious action today with over 950,00 shares traded,equating to 4% of the equity.Although sales supposedly exceeded buys,a significant swathe of trades at 5.50 pence ,listed as sells,were in fact buys,including my own totaling 125k. It is worth noting that the 5,000,000 placing warrants are exercisable at a price of 20 pence within 3 years. It's a punt,but maybe a good one.

As you say shaun86,cash shell specialists John Taylor and Lindsay Mair have now joined the board as non-executives. Obviously not for the risk averse,but hopefully a rewarding home for the �6k that I have spent buying @ 5.5 pence this morning.

Yet those "other things" have changed dramatically as already in place we have two interesting appointments John Taylor,a proposed non exec Director has," for the last seven months been working with an experienced team of investment professionals, specialising in reverse takeover (RTO) transactions, mergers and acquisitions and early stage capital fundraisings." Lindsay Mair,the other proposed non exec is an experienced investment banker with extensive capital markets experience in a broad range of sectors acquired over a thirty year career in the City. He is a director of corporate finance at SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP (being an independent partnership providing creative, investment banking solutions to investors and growing companies.) This pairing could be construed as a heady concoction for KIN as it moves towards the required reversal of assets into its shell. Assuming its listing is reinstated,the market cap accorded on the opening day of trading will be of particular interest,as any excess over �1.3 million would indicate (to me)that plans are well forward as regards identifying potential reversal candidates. We might(and should)imo see a premium on any recommencement of trading,so polsk's �10 could in fact be �11(lol) or more.

Having done much research into TERN,I still cannot really get a handle on whether it is too cheap, or whether it has further to fall,possibly to zero. Nevertheless,in the short term,there are several potentially positive announcements that TERN might RNS re funding etc.Any one of these should see the current steep decline in the SP reversed. Bought a couple of tranches this morning(that show as sells). Fingers crossed !
