Well if timing is everything then,in the scheme of things,1.55pence,on the occasion of the Ruffer disposal,was a good time to buy.
There a several reasons why Byotrol shares might perform more acceptably over the coming 12 months and although I know that they might well disappoint yet again,it does look that the news flow over coming months might just drive the share price upward.
I am therefore looking forward to learning of any progress made and intend to add further to my BYOT holding if they can demonstrate that they are at last in the process of crossing the chasm.

Maybe Byotrol will add BHS to their portfolio;not that they are particularly successful.

I am always pleased to read your take on all matters Byotrol, IdeasByScience,even though these remain jaundiced.
Like you I exited several years ago at a substantial cost.Nevertheless,I retained my interest and took the opportunity to acquire a few million shares @ 1.475pence when Ruffer dumped.
The Medimark Scientific acquisition looks an excellent move if its recent progress can be maintained alongside the realisation of those undoubted synergies.

I see Espalin was with Kimberly-Clark, where he had oversight for multiple new product launches.

Now that Byotrol has gained US certification,it is not unreasonable to think that KC might reappraise and maybe resurrect their former close interest in BYOT,particularly in view of that CMO link.

A couple of suggestions have been put forward on ADVFN for the SP weakness :-

Talking of holdings,it is reassuring that all the BYOT Directors have significantly increased their shareholdings over the past 12 months,with all these additional shares purchased at a significantly higher price than the current offer level of 2.3 pence..

Maybe BYOT were quickly off the mark in deleting Maunby from that linked schedule for they do appear as a significant holder in the recent finals.

I have been too busy buying Maplinman.

Excellent news regarding Byotrol's Chairman purchasing a further 1million.
I think others will be strongly tempted to invest heavily at the current level of 2.3 pence.

With seemingly unlimited shares available @ 2.3 pence, this could well be a good entry or top up point.

All recent activity in Byotrol shares, whether it be for options,director buys,subscriptions or acquisitions,has been pitched some 50% higher or above.

It is not like a normal overhang either,for the MMs have been offering 2.275pence for 500k BYOT over the past 3 days.

The recent activity should trigger at least one holdings RNS or similar .

Every shareholder in 8PG is increasingly down on their investment.

What though of the competition and the lack of barriers for entry.
The valuation of VS occurred when there was excitement over its prospects.
These seem much diminished nowadays.
The VS need for ever increasing numbers of staff and Directors is a red flag as is its need cash.
One to avoid in my book.

My view is that the share price is about to render as obsolete any further discussion regarding 14 p levels.

No wonder the RNS was eased out after the market had closed.
The SP could tank tomorrow for 8PG has clearly admitted that it has misled investors(bigtime).
