TERN investee companies meanwhile continue to progress at a rate of knots.
Just how significant that progress will prove to be should be revealed,in part,over the next few weeks,via the various upcoming webinars and possibly with the benefit of a corporate update in November.

should indicate to our negative incumbents, that displaying warranted enthusiasm for TERN's prospects is far removed from "ramping".
In any event, there is no requirement for any one to "ramp" whilst the TERN share price remains so subdued;for in the natural course of events,having regard to known knows,stakeholders should soon see gains.

It is a pity that two of TW's grunts from another platform have chosen to air the SP mantra over on LSE.
Too little too late though,for the TERN share price is showing distinct signs of moving upward,possibly quite rapidly,despite their "best" efforts.
I am looking forward to the next few weeks as there are several momentum triggers lined up for stakeholders to enjoy.

"I am very disturbed that you think the recent share price movement might be because of any proposed placing. If there was a placing in contemplation by a quoted company and anyone traded on the back of any knowledge of this it would be highly illegal and punishable by up to 7 years in prison. Given that the company raised £1.5 million in July to facilitate a new investment, facilitate follow-on investment opportunities and provide additional working capital, I don’t understand why you think a placing would be required at this stage? I hope that this speculation is not widespread as it can only cause further damage to the share price.
Whilst it is unfortunate that the share price is back where it was in the middle of last week, hopefully appropriate future news flow will demonstrate that it should be far higher than it currently is. I must say that I am ever more excited by the prospects for the company as I have the opportunity to learn more since our appointment last week."

Wyld Networks awarded initial purchase order for satellite IoT deployment



Tern Plc (AIM:TERN), the investment company specialising in the Internet of Things ("IoT"), is pleased to provide an update in relation to its wholly-owned portfolio company, Wyld Networks Limited ("Wyld"), and its existing cooperation agreement with one of the largest global satellite operators.
Wyld has received an initial purchase order for £112,600 to develop and deliver a small number of proprietary-designed Low Power Wide Area Network ("LPWAN") IoT modems to be functionally tested with a pre-commercial low earth orbiting ("LEO") satellite. The Board of Tern (the "Board") believes that, following successful testing, a full deployment of this technology with a LEO satellite constellation could follow.
The Board believes that this is a significant strategic milestone for Wyld. It underpins Wyld's growing reputation as a technical leader in LPWAN connectivity solutions for the IoT within this rapidly growing market where satellite IoT as a service is anticipated to provide connectivity to underserved areas in agriculture, transportation and industrial verticals. According to ABI Research, new satellite networks will enable 24 Million IoT connections and provide seamless global connectivity by 2024.

Better stick to our own revealing research and wait for the share price to strengthen on its own accord,on the occasion that the excellent fundamentals ,not to mention the potential,of TERNS investee companies comes to be acknowledged.
Once the SP does move into an upward trend there will be no stopping it

Miss A, who seeks to denigrate not only TERN and its prospects of success but also elects to endlessly deride the intelligence of those who believe in its potential ,also trolls threads on other discussion platforms under different avatars.This is apparent, as the content and syntax utilised in the trolling is identical.

On a more positive note, there is a plethora of informative events and announcements scheduled for TERN's investee companies over the next few weeks,any one of which could serve to strengthen the current gradual improvement in sentiment and the share price.

Each one of the 4 investee companies look,based on well documented research, poised to generate an increasing number of new contracts allied to exponential(from whatever base)growth in revenues.
It is notable how detractors ,such as MA and others like her,focus on minutiae and personalities but never choose address the potential which is undoubtedly evident.
I believe that even the most bullish of TERN investors nevertheless give due consideration to any possible weaknesses and threats to their positions.
Miss A's persistent negative commentary is therefore unbalanced,unresearched and therefore of minimal,if any,value.

He is very bullish on TERN's prospects and is building up a holding in her name to ease the pain when the SP rockets.

We must be so close now to a paradigm shift in sentiment.
An abundance of great news is out there regarding the investee companies.
Whilst the positives have been building we have suffered from the perverse and persistent inability of the share price to respond.
Once any upward momentum becomes established it could well mushroom, for the potential for TERN to experience an explosive upward re rate is undoubtedly there in spades.
