I am old fashioned & still use the Halifax as my go to but I have a 212 for some of my other investments Halifax cant accommodate

But a great day for the banking sector LLOY marching on to 110 as we speak but is going to be along couple of weeks waiting for NWG results. The last time I was excited like this was when I was a young person waiting for the next episode of The young ones ( not cliff richard) !

Silver spot price 74.82 which is +195.86% 12 month increase even with drop . As a silver stacker I will take that leveling up all day long ! Lloy new 52 wk high 108.20 & 8.88% ytd increase ! Not sure why people are looking so hard for bad news. I believe there is plenty more levelling out where LLoy is concerned. Happy Days

The only concern LLOY has nowadays is wot that double act Starmer & Reeves will do next.

We have been rewarded with a new 52 wk high of 107.45 & looks like it wants more.

Great news as buybacks just demonstrates to investors the business wans to keep rewarding them with an improved divi, Plus it attracts new investors especially in a business whose SP is on the rise. Wanting special divis is just short term strategy & offers no value to investors apart for some instant gratification . City seems to like this news with SP honing on to another new 52 wk high ! 15% increase in Divi & 7.67% growth in SP YTD not sure wot more you could wish for ?

Honing onto a new 52 wk high i hopes ! Bet that phrase hasnt popped up on this board for a while. But already a 6% increase YTD in SP soa good start ! I must admit so many more factors affect this SP than the banking sector which is my main stay but it makes my head spin ! I will leave the fretting & worrying to the more informed people on ere & I will just enjoy the ride. But i must admit this board is very informative most of the time & my knowledge in this sector has been expanded for sure. Cheers chaps

Franco LLoy had a nice surge in SP prior to results so it was the anticipation or a leak on the results i suggest but lloy has already seen nearly a 7% increase in SP in 2026 . But all positive for our day with NWG in a couple of weeks.

Once you get your head around that the SP moves up & down you will get the hang of things . But LLOy only trending upwards on current KPIs . & i dont mean in a straight line ! oop SP just moved back into the black & honing onto a new 52 wk high of + 106 . NWG I think are going to post even more impressive results in a couple of week so this will drag the SP even higher . Good luck serious investors you can now carry on about China & outboard motors !

Great news JJ but the stars are aligned , Lloy just posted a 15% increase in Divi & a further £1.75billion buyback programme . 700 going to be hit well before 1st qtr now pretty sure of that & licking my lips in anticipation of our results its just a case how much better than lloy ! FTSE 100 creeping up to 10300 its all good .

Kids need to get in the habit of living within your means & paying things of in full . But i am sure everyone can remember when they 1st got a credit card & that feeling when the bill used to come in the post ! mind you I have the same fear now as my kids cards are linked to mine for emergencies. Amazing how many Uber emergencies they have !

Lloy just crashed thru 104 ! As i said on the lloy board i suggest an early leak on the lloy results has given NWG & LLOY a nice lift before lloy results day . 700 now very doable before NWG results day rather than 1qtr now. But honing on 1st NWG LSE Board target for 2026 ! Dead must admit you expect CP to make poor decisions but my pub is full of Liverpool & Arsenal fans so a most enjoyable weekend !

This lift in SP CZQ does seem to get rid of the loons as it doesnt fit their narrative , Onwards & upwards for lloy 104.50 new 52 wk high !

Just as well i am not invested in Pubs well apart form a small holding in spoons. LLoys only going in 1 direction with another 52 wk high of 104 before results & NWG coming up closely the rear, i suspect maybe a snippet of the lloy results have been been released in the secret inner circles on top of thsi recent Lloy news. Basically this new 52 wk high hit means half a dozen or so of Meerkats punters targets are already smashed. I guess thats indicative of their investing acumen !

New 52 week high this morning & with results day end of the week this wont be the last 52 wk high we will see this week . Some posters on ere been on the Jamaican Benson & hedges it sounds. But IMHO you would have to be a fool of a took to sell now !
