Whiteknight I am sure a few of us said said we was in it for the short term when we 1st got into NWG . But the performance kept us locked in . I guess its a bit like hotel california !

I dont think anyone has got sucked in by Chat on here knight . NWG performance with SP & yield in the last 2 years speaks volumes to a long term investor.

Big shout out to Dead he called this months ago ! nearly 50% up on last final results. I knew divis were going north but compared to Lloy wow !

Ashamedly I jumped on the band wagon with the other vultures but I sold a huge chunk of BP to double down on NWG ,not a bad punt so i guess the old boy still got it . But event though i am long term investor its nice to play the game once in a while ! Once NWG recovered i will probably do a reversal at the right time ! Some of us medium term investors already made a killing on NWG but glad we left a few bits of meat on the bone for the investors circling NWG .

I guess time will tell dead !

Hey Cardinal this is why I invest to give my family a start in life I could only dream off. Just doing the same for my boy & recent grandson. My son & daughter in law hold down great jobs & are hard working but living in london its just so harder to get a deposit together. Great news this weekend just need the head of the snake to go now, does he have no shame ! Dont worry NWG report this week which will give us a push this week.

Birdsong life has lots of ups & down & this is why we have day traders. The market has something for everyone we will be back smashing new highs shortly as prophet said the performance & data of NWG speaks volumes.

A more sobering day today but we have a new target SP to achieve which is how I always look at it. But Banks interest rate decision or Shakin Starmer may have been a factor for the general drop today . But a few golden days after lloy results released last week so we cant complain ! Back to 700+ very soon .

Nothing can spoil my day JJ my 3 largest holdings have all hit 52 wk highs this morning ! OH well prepping for the welsh game this weekend I just couldnt secure any tickets for this match which is the only downer for the week for me . 9 more days to results . I think it may be Irish coffee for breakfast that day !

Now this is why I built up my holding in BP for a new 52wk high , well & the yield. But have been spoilt with the banking sector in this dept of late but better late than never to the party !

Growth dont mention profit taking when dead is around ! Obviously some profit taking here as its a nice round number but keeping it head above water as we speak so will hopefully march on after lunch. But JJ s & this boards first 2026 target achieved. Next is deads plus 20 divi & potential special divi on results day . Couldnt be bothered to make a fresh batch of coffee this morning so drinking stale coffee form yesterday but tastes even better than yesterday ! Congrat guys
