Had stops at 257 and out of nowhere at hours 16.18,43 a 1 million shares trade when trough at 245p showing as sell.
May stop was still in play not taken out. How can be possible? Was it maybe a delayed buy from this morning?

Missed completely the new of cancellation of share restriction from Kyiv Court .
That plus iron ore price on the up should bode well for sp....
Mind you on the iron ore price I wonder how much is to do with the USD weakness rather than strong demand, still price has been increased for a while so can't be just the dollar.
Then there is the trading relation spat between Australia and China, anyone has an idea if this may affect iron ore prices?

They may be doubling the shares but they are reducing the debt

How is it possible? they are rising more cash to spend to keep the company afloat, no revenue coming.
How can they reduce debt?

The way I read it is that to get the share at 1 euro, investors (including the Russian) have to participate to the 500 mill euro capital increase and the rns doesn't specify how they will increase the capital, this is why in one of my previous post i envisage a placing at current market share price .
I other words someone buy a tui share today at say 5 £ and get the right to buy say...2 more shares tomorrow at 1 £.
So the Russian to get the 1 £ share as to commit like everyone else.......

The way I see it is that who is making the money out of this are the one that get 1 Euro shares conversion.... with the help of the German state bank...

No the Russian had no choice, don't forget that it has some 23% stake in the company and Tui is not making a penny for months.....

.. I don't understand, placing, right issue, buying a stake in the company, even loan facility...in the end it all depend on how much interest to be payed, or how much dilution is there compare to future profit related to market cap.
The rns of today is very vague and misleading, for example where this Germany’s WSF economic stabilisation fund comes from and how much are they willing to patriciate on TUI rescue. I would imagine that with interest rate in Europe been negative in the end it means free cash for any German company and more....the only certainty coming out from the rns is options at 1 Euro for 700 Million Euros and maybe more....

The rns says that 1.8bill will be raised as follow:
Million Euros
500 capital increase (assume share issued at current market price)
420 convertible at 1 Euro
280 possible again convertible at 1 Euro
400 German state credit (assuming share issued at current market price)
Round number calculation:
420+280=700 million share issued for 700 million Euros
500+400= 1100 Billion Euros at 530 Euros per share for some 200mil shares
New company share issued 900 million from fund rising pus current 588mil shares= 1.488billion shares for a market capital of some 4.8 billion Euros = Euros 3.2 per share.

I have made many assumption that may or may not come true, for example the capita rise of 500+400 Euros at current market price.

I have my doubt TUI will get back to recent 518p height, one as to wonder why they rushed in this recent fund rise.
Are they completely running out of cash? Did they felt that this was the best time to rise cash before a winter blues share price?
You have to consider that complete reopening of the economy is still many moths away and TUI sp was bond to suffer a decline from this levels like many other cyclical share, imo recent rise was too fast too soon fuelled by vaccine hopes....indeed real investing opportunities in parallel with cyclical stocks have been also on biotechnology pharmaceuticals companies.
And then there is lots of shares exercisable at 1 Euro...anyone knows from witch date?

Yes I get that in the ferronickel a percentage is nickel but ferronickel has one price and nickel another.
Is the company extracting nickel from ferronickel?
Sorry to be suspicious again I found it absurd if in the end, HZM would produce ferronickel at $1300 per tone but ....but as I am not expert I rather ask before investing .
....You know what? I will look at some statements from other miners producing ferronickel/nickel to understand a bit more.

I suppose this is why when I google the price of ferronickel I get a range from 800 to 1300 per tone is to do with the grade right...
so this $16000 per tone nickel how they come about?

I too read it that way it would be absurd given the statements on NPV and total revenue if that was not the case but.....still, you say as I read it and indeed if you reed it it says that Ferronickel will be shipped to customers NOT Nickel.
Anyone as a link where the company state that the mine will produce nickel and not ferronickel?

The metallurgical process comprises a single line (RKEF) to extract FeNi from the ore. After an initial ramp-up period, the plant will reach a full capacity of approximately 900,000 tonnes of dry ore feed per year to produce 52,000 tonnes of ferronickel, in turn containing 14,500 tonnes of nickel per year. The FeNi product will be transported by road to the port of Vila do Conde in the north of the State for sale to overseas customers.

It clearly state that the plant will produce FeNi not Nickel.
So FeNi price is from 800/1300t, whereas Ni is some 16000t.
How can someone invest when the company is clearly stating to produce FeNi
for max production of 52000t per year at max $1300 makes $67.6 mill. revenue.
I am confused....

best thing is to ask your broker....
happen to me before and the explanation is that by placing the order you are telling your broker to buy at a specific price, therefore there are going to be physical agents from your broker monitoring the market to fill your order especially in a penny stock and fairy uniquid market.
Best practice is to monitor the market yourself, sometime the price move so fast that if is down to your broker you will never get the order filled, whereas if you do it is quicker and you may get better price.
But again best ask your broker.

Great Hazbeen just what I was looking for.
I am not a geologist but reading the report it seems super detailed and balanced.
Also something I didn't know is that FAR had been doing some drilling themselves to validate the current resources.
One thing that surprise me is how the report goes in to details not just regarding geology and reserves but also on Mining, Mining planning, Financing, Infrastructures the Operation and the Company itself.....
It look to me more Jorc Code Reserve estimate together with a PFS, and make me wonder why it take so long for the company to produce this long awaited PFS, when is almost readily done by this report.

Does anyone of you have a link to a "National Instrument 43-101 Canadian standard" produced by the company?
Reason why I am asking so is because, going back to the fact that they abandoned mining with the pilot plant, I am wondering if something negative came out from this trial mining, like too lower grade....

Guy I too have been invested in FAR, but thanks to the long time experience of Hazbeen on this company, I was forced to dig deep and re-evaluate my research and I am out for now.
The reason why I keep posting on this board is because I like the potential on the card.....but I am looking for some answers maybe from those already invested to my doubts and questions, before I re-invest. So it is not deramping but you might see it the way you like it at your own peril.
Some people are so opinionated and convinced to be in the right that can't even be bothered to re-checks facts or dig a bit deeper.
This is why I am going to post on this board, because I hope that some invested in this know something more than I do. Investors board are for private investors to share knowledge quickly...if we take the ramping/deramping approach we will live in ignorance to the benefit of the Board of Directors that often conceal the truth at they own advantage.
