80p - £1.00 seems like an easily achievable target but add in royalties and diagnostics and £2.00 +++ is also easily achievable.

I think people need to understand the enormity of what IMM have and the market size which is US$100 Billion per year plus US$10 Billion per year for Diagnostics!

Having recently been on a presentation and factory tour, I can honestly say ITM is operating with impressive clarity and momentum. The scale-up is real, the execution is focused, and the vibe on the ground is one of confidence and capability.

Hydropulse uptake and FIDs are absolutely valid watch points—but from what I saw, the pieces are lining up. Feels like the groundwork is done, and we’re about to see the results materialise.

🇩🇪🇪🇺 Germany moves fast on 💧hydrogen💧

The German cabinet has approved the draft Hydrogen Acceleration Act or Wasserstoff-Beschleunigungsgesetzes, giving hydrogen infrastructure overriding public interest status and streamlining permitting for electrolysers, pipelines, import terminals and storage.

What this means for industry:

• Stronger legal footing for hydrogen projects in land-use and environmental conflicts

• Digitalised, time-bound and simplified approvals

• Covers the full value chain: production, storage, transport, imports, and conversion of existing infrastructure

• Cross-border readiness explicitly recognised

Next steps: Bundestag and Bundesrat approval, detailed implementation rules, alignment with Germany’s core hydrogen network, and mobilisation of investment and pilot projects.

🇳🇱 For Dutch projects like Zeevonk (2 GW offshore wind plus large scale electrolysis at Maasvlakte), Germany’s regulatory clarity makes cross-border supply more predictable and commercially viable.

Policy + infrastructure + collaboration = faster deployment of green hydrogen in Europe.

By 2019, ITM Power had already met the EU's 2030 target for precious metal loading, indicating that the 80% reduction was achieved around that time!

In November 2024, the company announced it had achieved an additional 40% reduction in iridium making ITM the Global Leader in reducing rare earth minerals in its manufacturing process while retaining quality, performance and competitiveness within its pricing structure which cannot be beaten.

@Jeff, my understanding from the presentation and reading between the lines it would appear CHRONOS will alleviate these issues? Obviously we will find out more in due course but this is why ITM are investing in R&D and why ITM are Globally recognised for having the Best PEM Electrolysers in the World 🌍 and by the way The Largest Manufacturing Capacity Globally.

Deal or Deals Imminent, already in discussions so anything can happen from Now onwards but before the end of this year!

No big pharma company is going to want IMM disrupting their $100Billion / year business or their diagnostic business which is worth $10 Billion ++ / year for the sake of £1 Billion or £2 Billion!

P140 is so vast and varied that they will get maximum bonus and royalty on any announced deal. It’s pretty much certain the deal has already been done but they are negotiating for the best terms possible. Pfizer, AZ, Novartis, Merck any one of these will be seriously interested.

Big Pharma will want this off the table ASAP ….. pocket change for them!

🇦🇺 **Toyota: hydrogen to replace diesel from 2035**

Toyota Australia expects hydrogen to replace diesel in the 2030s, with 2035 as the tipping point. According to Sean Hanley, vice president of sales and marketing, diesel will remain important this decade, but it is not a fuel of the future. He calls hydrogen cleaner, with sufficient range and an infrastructure that will be greatly improved by then.

Despite Toyota's focus on hybrids, in 2025 almost half of the vehicles sold in Australia were diesel. Hanley acknowledges that diesel is deeply rooted in Australian culture, but sees hydrogen as a logical successor.

Toyota has been investing in hydrogen technology for years, with applications in passenger cars, pickups, buses, trucks and even marine and stationary applications. The current pilots should lay the foundation for large-scale adoption in the 2030s.

That line came from Professor Carlos Duarte - one of the world’s leading climate scientists, the 12th most influential one in the world, in fact, according to Reuters.

Driving Hydrogen Editor, Matt Lister, interviewed him at the inaugural FIA Extreme H World Cup in Saudi Arabia this week.

As Chief Scientist of the world’s first hydrogen-powered motorsport, Duarte’s view of decarbonisation is refreshingly unorthodox.

“Mining for battery metals affects ecosystems. Now we’re looking at doing deep-sea mining - and many countries believe there should be a moratorium because of the unknown impacts on the deep sea.”

“The world is committed to 30 million tonnes of battery waste by 2030 that we don’t know how to recycle.”

Instead, he sees hydrogen as the natural next step: “Hydrogen is the currency of energy in nature. It’s the process photosynthesis invented three billion years ago - splitting water to carry energy that sustains the biosphere.”

We talked about “orange hydrogen” naturally produced underground, the challenges of transporting hydrogen globally, and how Extreme H is showing what a zero-carbon motorsport future could look like - powered by water, not lithium.

It’s one of the most thought-provoking interviews we’ve ever done - science, sustainability and sport all intersecting in the desert heat.

I think if you look at the MCAP of Plug ~£3.2Billion or ~US$4.5Billion and ~US$1Billion of debt it is easy to see how ITM Power are not only extremely Undervalued but how you can easily make a case for the true value of £5 per share today.

I have to add that the shareholder investor day afforded to us by Team ITM was beyond Brilliant and the presentation and factory tour was not only extremely professional and insightful but well beyond expectation!
