covid made no difference to the progress because they didn't even have a working platform back then, despite az claiming we were ready.

the whole business can be done online apart from basic physical checks of inventory , which could of been done via video should they need to have.

Then it got pumped back up 22x in a short space of time.

Then it slowly declined over the years.

It's never been anywhere near the share price you just said.

Thing is, we invested because of what was released in RNS , 10s of RNS announcements about deals just signed and about to happen. Some were weeks away .

Yet here we are 5 years later and they didnt happen, but now we're expected to believe this will happen because why?

Those of us that have been here 5 years, spent the first few years arguing about true sale while AZ said a hundred times that it's bullet proof.

Turned out it wasn't viable.

I'm still waiting for a real explanation of why they backed out of buying a captive bank.

Though I'm pretty sure it's because they had no money to do so because AZs attempts to pump and trade his TAG Shares didn't pay off.

On top of that they owe an explanation as to why if someone was going to fund 2bn increasing to 8bn over a few years they can̈t seem to fund an IM of any serious figures and are scraping around for a couple of million .

You do get that UK pipeline has practically disappeared 2g2d?

I'm pretty sure financial stability does not mean reducing costs while producing almost nothing in revenue and retaking years to produce the tiny bit they have managed.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all defined terms and definitions used below shall have the same meaning as given to them in the announcement made by the Company on Thursday 5 March 2020 and in the Circular to Shareholders dated 4 March 2020.

Further to the announcements on 27 October 2019, 5 March 2020 and 20 March 2020, the Company has completed the acquisition of Supply@ME S.r.l., a business which has developed an alternative FinTech platform focussed on inventory monetisation facilities, which can enable a wide range of manufacturing and trading businesses to improve their working capital position and provide a new asset class to investors. Consideration for the acquisition is £224.5 million to be satisfied by the issue of 32,332,246,220 Consideration Shares at a price of 0.69 pence per share ("the Acquisition").

The Acquisition constitutes a reverse takeover under the Listing Rules for Companies and, as previously announced, shares in the enlarged company will be admitted to the Standard Segment of The Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market at 8.00 a.m. today under the ticker "SYME" ("Admission"). The ISIN of the Ordinary Shares is GB00BFMDJC60 and the SEDOL Code is BFMDJC6. Following completion of the acquisition, the Company has now changed its name to Supply@ME Capital plc and its website can be found at the following link: www.supplymecapital.com.
