My only assumption would be not to give the plant owners more leverage, but i think that would have already been discussed in negotiations.

I suspect the financier will also want the licence renewal too. So i actually believe the financier wont be named or sign anything until the license is renewed and the GM passes.

My understanding is that the GM is to vote on the plant takeover. The finacier will not be named until this vote has passed as it is pivotal to the finace agreement. Therefore the financier will not be named at the GM and will be rns'd afterward?

I suspect the finance package will also require a vote, so therefore maybe we will get an rns in the morning naming the finacier if the required votes have already been passed.

It would make sense, rather than having to organise another GM.

I havnt read the GM info yet, ill do it now.

I thought the announcement of the partner was subject to the vote passing and all final paperwork signed. So I assume it will be later in the day or week after the meeting.

Having done a bit more research, I dont think it will be Flex as they have only gone into walvis bay recently with fuel supply. (Bunkers)

Im expecting first ore by December 2026.

Summer 2027 full production ramp up!

Summer 2027....this MCap should be around 100M. I think im being sensible with that expectation.

Short term this should double on finance completion.

Around 450M will expire mid 2026. I think they were at 0.12?

When i get some time im going to sit down and work it out. Either way, I see only up from here.

Copper has been forcast to be in deficit in 2026 Now. This has been due to mine disruptions.

Large Copper mines take many years to come into production. Small ones won't fill the gap enough. It could be a perfect storm for copper prices.

Caveats to that....global recession and any mines currently being developed getting into production next year.
