So effectively this (SPV) is set up to protect the organization funding AFC. Therefore this company could be shut done prior to AFC getting the full finance if they believe AFC are about to tank.
So effectively the contract AFC have signed isn't worth the paper it's written on and thailon or the people behind it could pull the plug whenever they want.

Am I understanding this right?
Or can someone with an understanding of this put me right.

Does anybody know if AFC have any ties to an organization or research company in Denver USA? Have we been working with anybody in that area that may have wished to invest but set up a new company to protect there own organization?

Good find DW, I haven't been to worried for some time and still had some confidence in AFC but if that is the company I am worried now. Could this be for example someone like Abramovich setting up a company to fund AFC without it going public or for some tax reason? Would that be possible?

The reason I would like to know where we are with longevity is that bond has set a target of four years which I assume is the target due to making the system profitable to sell and we will have customers lineing up to buy our product. So yes I believe it is important to know how much progress we are making towards the target the bod have set. I understand and appreciate your reply as yes if the cost to make the product profitable is halved then the longevity target can be halved.

I think a good question to ask is how long is the longevity?!
We know we have surpassed two years now and aiming for four but, is it two years and 1 minute or two years and 300 days?! They will know what the maximum is so try and get them to tell is at the AGM.

Hi All, First time poster and have been invested in AFC energy for over a year now. I have been reading all the posts on this site as well as others but, this seems to be the best.
I Just have a couple of questions if someone could answer?

Why have we not received the quarterly newsletter or the end of year accounts? Also is there a regulation in which the company has a deadline to post end of year accounts?

Apologies if this is an obvious answer but I am not an experienced invested.
