Good find..... So according to his tweet. AFC charge 2 system will be combining solar, a lithium ion battery as well as the hydrogen. Or am I misinterpreting his tweet.

True, I am starting to think the same!! If it is good news why is it late? I can only hope they are waiting for other good news to release together but it's possible there is some bad news and Colin is trying to dampen it with some good news. We will see soon.

I suspect another deal with De Nora will be coming soon. Along with a revenue producing deal from them.

Originally you posted expecting an RNS this week regarding progress of the plant and copied in a section from the RNS which states this to be done by 1 Nov.
I was stating that this Target has been met as they have ordered parts for the CIL. The contract does not say they have to start physical contruction by 1 Nov. This is why I am not expecting an RNS regarding the physical contruction this week. However I do agree they should and will RNS this when it starts.
If you think the RNS means physical construction by the 1 Nov then yes we disagree. I think it is a slightly misleading phrase in the RNS but I would be extremely happy if they have started physical contruction.

I assumed you meant an RNS regarding the 1 November Target which was met!!
When you say you are awaiting an RNS regarding the CIL plant, are you waiting for an RNS saying they have started physical construction?

It clearly says in the sep 4th RNs that they have began construction and then in brackets by the placement of orders and deposits etc.... Am I missing something? Cheers lucky

Let me make it clear, I am not disagreeing with Andrew! I simply thought Andrew was implying we are due an RNS regarding the start of construction of the CIL plant..... Which in the contract MMP had a Target by the 1 Nov to start construction of the CIL plant and in the discription was the purchase for the CIL.... Now I may be wrong but I seem to suspect the order for the parts and materials covers this??? Therefore I am not expecting an RNS saying the plant has been constructed or they have began construction.
Thoughts please?

I see your point Andrew and agree. I was just stating they have already completed their Target by ordering and paying deposits. I agree they should RNs the completion and start of processing but I don't believe this will be soon or even this year.

Andrew, they have already done this by placing orders and deposits. So by doing this they have shown commencing of construction. That is what I have taken from the RNS telling us they have placed orders??

We are due the Alluvial update for the third quarter.
Should be one of the best as the month of July grossed nearly 15kg for that month alone. Normally the update comes end of October or like the last two was on the first of the next month. I was expecting one yesterday but it did not arrive. I am hoping that the reason may be Colin is waiting for some other news to put it out along side and have a greater impact on the SP and news flow to come. Either that or there is too much gold and it's taking so long to weight it up ??.

Should be an Rns out today. Hope we have the best quarterly update as well as another piece of news to top it off.

Thanks Daz...... So all this good news might not be the threat of the pitch fork shareholder mob. It could well be they are trying to raise the SP prior to a draw down.
Which shows at least they are making an effort to minimize dilution.

Could it be Thailion selling their fee keeping the price down? With all the good news coming are they expecting a draw down soon? I don't understand how the draw down works but I assume it it sp sensitive.
What are people's calculations on current bank balance? Or when we expect the first draw down?.
Also can everyone drop the ridiculous assumption that after over 10 years of R&D with commercialization on the brink that AFC plugged the BMW I8 into the mains!!!

I understand BB, As a proof of concept yes.... But how many similar deals like this could be made? As recently in a pod cast from AB, he indicated that the market isn't as big as they thought and companies are not venting as much as they did before. These reasons are why I don't believe the project is as important as getting on with the Evs and gensets, and AFC have confirmed they are focusing on EV's this year. So I do not expect any news on southern this year.
Hopefully we will get an update on the gensets by year end but I would prefer a contract for some EV charger sales. GLA

Just a theory!

The four trades at 08:18 are very similar to two recent trades in another company I have invested in, the trades in the other company turned out to be director deals and an RNS was released confirming they were approximately 4 hours later...... Just a theory but I'm expecting a director buy today based on this.
I could be well off the mark and it's a coincidence.
We will see.....
