Looking at the last Quarterly update, Nearly half of gold produced at the end of quarter, so hoping for over 45kg this quarter. That would be nice.
What would put the company into a profit as a whole over the next quarter?

I take it from the Rns's that not only are Denora providing materials for AFCs fuels cell, AFC look to be providing materials to Denora for their electrolysis?

I imagine a new website will very shortly be coming our way..!! Probably why they are not interested in spending the time updating every detail.
Hopefully that's the reason why.

We won't get any large revenue generating contracts untill AFC and Denora can warrant the fuel cell and cathodes. We may get MOUs but no company will commit to buying unless they have security in a warranty. I for one am confident AFC, all be it slowly, are extremely close to hitting the big time!! I'm holding my shares for at least another 6 months and give them a chance. GLA

My take from the recent RNS's are that AFC and Denora are waiting for Denora to prove the 4 year longevity in Mass manufacturing before a mass manufacturing contract with a warranty is signed. Denora will be supplying AFC with current cathodes for the EV market roadshow etc while Denora do their bit and quarrenty the cathode performance in Mass manufacturing.

I was thinking the same silures, if the joint venture has evolved the best in fuel cell cathodes/electrodes then surly we have a product to sell? Doesn't nessecery mean selling to competitors but can they do what we can do with them? Just a thought!
Do we own the outright rights to the new technology or does Denora have the ownership of it? Or 50/50?
Does anyone know who owns the patents to the technology that the Afc/Denora collaboration has invented.

Klunk I do, but it is nice to hear people's thoughts and reasons why if they, like a few others on here supply quotes and facts from AFC to back up there reasoning.
Also nice to hear opinions from experienced investors with more knowledge regarding AFC history without me going through ten years worth of rns's.

I'm assuming once we hit above the 4 years consistently, denora will warrant the product and we will have rns's saying product is warranted/large order confirmed with AFC/denora. What's people's predictions on when we may receive this news?

Thankyou BB and Southerhay, I understand they are running the tests at a higher level to give an estimate of longevity in a normal situation but we have no facts on where we are at the moment. Also if In their test they surpass 4 years longevity then this is still not a real life longevity only laboratory tests that predict the 4 years with the facts they have. So assuming they have predicted the 4 years in the labratory would this be rns'd as it's still only a prediction.
I am still confident in AFC at the moment as they are spending funds on equipment etc. And they wouldn't do this unless they themselves were confident in the product and the stats.
So who will be supplying the warranty? Afc or denora?
