The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
Lolz, I am in exactly the same position as you... I bought in at the same levels in November / December - and bought again to reduce my average following the tumble ... eventually conceding with a small loss at 326. Loss is still a loss though. Glad I am not in at the mo
Totally agree with you....I was thinking of getting back in at 230-240; but it possibly hasn't even bottomed out at this level. Certainly worth a punt, if a floor is established imo. International news will make it rocket, and can't help but think that MACE has been contracted for a reason! Perhaps, wait until the divorce has been and gone ! I have lost a bit of faith in Tim - lies and no updates. An update on realistic timings for CFC3 progression surely shouldn't be too difficult!
I think we may settle here for a week (300) Then down to 240. It unnerved me when Goldman Sachs vacated..... Fair point on the financials.
Why sign up to MACE if a deal isn't on the cards? I can't help but think that something political is going on?? divorce going through? would Tim hold things up to get this through? perhaps given how lucrative a deal with the US is. I am out for the time being, but will jump in between 250-275. 300 next stop, then imo then like ping pong between 243 and 273
Happy bunny :) rns
Patience wins everytime...
I picked some up yesterday. Perfect time to buy!! Done my research- a bit perplexed as to why this dropped so much on Monday !?
I was thinking the same thing .... Predictions on share price direction and what happens at the end ? I haven't been in this predicament before ?
No, you're not wrong.. Jobs in the main for operations but increasingly for HR. HR means people coming on board; can' t function without. They state: Due to open soon, we have c.70 employees at the moment but over the next 12-18 months as we ramp up we will see this number grow to c.1000 employees. All positive to me
MTR have just agreed to invest in Greenland gold. Are their connections ?
Interesting: http://supermarketnews.com/executive-changes/crenshaw-retire-publix-ceo Previous comment:Brian West, a Publix spokesman, said, "There are several attempts in the market to bring the convenience of grocery delivery to customers. We are aware of them and are reaching out to them."
nice to see the jobs advertised at Andover. Would appear that the opening is imminent :).
Long term a winner.... short term the evidence stacks up
I think you're right.... There could be reasons at this point why they would be unable to confirm. Although the Amazon rumours weren't true ( and there was no evidence to suggest they were true), I don't think that ocado made a statement either way ?
They haven't thought to employ them before when a US deal has been looming - looking forward to the updates :). Look very interesting and experienced !!
There investment strategy in the uk has worked v well. Smart platform is streets ahead
As Rocka posted: US deal on the horizon as Ocado have eluded to: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2016/04/04/ocado-shares-boosted-by-hopes-of-us-deal/? http://supermarketnews.com/retail-financial/ocado-nearing-deal-publix-report http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/alliance-news/detail/1459776345044048400.html
No, on the contrary - this will surge given andover and imminent news
movements by the OCADO team would suggest imminent, given the signing of MACE
As we expected :)
