" Hopium........"
How apt lol.
Kudos and gla. Sooner or later this will come good. The market is there and demand will grow exponentially. Imho, keeping up with demand is my main concern.
Hopium lol.....Marvellous
Great maths. I am sure we all found that helpful
I completely agree. I bought in at 1.15 last November as it seemed a no brainer. I held on, watched the SP fall and fall.... In my humble opinion, we were unlikely to become profitable (even though we had game changing tech) because the price point of the Mask wasn't viable for the general public. Our marketing was beyond poor and we had the embarrassing debacle with the machine we purchased from Spain which as us LTI know, produced zero masks but did manage to create a net loss for us when we sold it and paid for that privilege.
Given the fact that standard masks are essentially ineffective, I hoped that we would at the very least sell our fit for purpose masks to the NHS.
There has been an almost comedic incompetence which has seen the SP consistently driven south, HOWEVER, it would now seem that our new has taken the Bull by its Horns and realises
that Covid is unfortunately here to stay, with new variants cropping up, outpacing the inadequate vaccines.
HVAC was always going to be the way forward and I hope that our new CEO continues to bring our Company towards its true and fair value.
I have periodically vented my anger and disdain on here out of pure frustration. I am still 67% down, but am looking forward to our company becoming profitable and saving millions of life's.
It's a shame us LTI have had to wait so long!
All the best
Listen mate, before you respond to my post, maybe you should have looked at some of my previous posts. I have probably been invested far longer than you. My initial purchase was .80.
I can understand that you may have perceived me as a lazy short term investor, but I've endured a very painful journey from .80 to where we are now. I am just sick of gossip and irrelevant chat. All the best though, hopefully we are on the same side
Absolute debacle and shameful.
What can we do? The demand is there....
P*ss up in a Brewery etc
I have held these muggy shares for over a year and have had my pants well and truly pulled down.
Silly me, I assumed that during a pandemic, investing in a Company with groundbreaking Mask Tech would at the very least break even.
It is beyond incompetence and I am lost for words. Wow
How can anyone draw a salary from this Company and sleep at night?
You could't write it. We would have made more money selling the Big Issue to a blind School.
seriously, during a Pandemic, I have lost 78% here. if the BOD'S can't make money under these conditions, wtf? It's shambolic.
wtf are we being thankful for?
Directorate Change
The Board of nanosynth announces that Antony Legge has today resigned from his position as Chairman and from the Board to pursue other business interests. Richard Clarke will assume the role of interim Chairman whilst the Board finds a suitable replacement.
The Board would like to thank Antony for all his efforts over the past year in helping to progress the development of the Company and its business and wishes him well for the future.......
He should ashamed
James (Jim) Coyle confirmed as Non-Executive Chair
Look at his CV. How can he preside over this garbage?
If he has some sort of rationale, a statement from him would certainly go a long way to reassure those us in the dark...
I am long at 0.8, 0.63, 0.37 and am sick of this debacle.
I remember when AZ, apparently had share options at 0.63..... I'd love to see the account of his friends and family. I was under the impression that insider trading was illegal.
AZ should now be referred to as Robinsons, he seems to know about dilution than they do!
The BOD are a fuc*ing shambles. I bet they get their Salary's well before we even get a sniff of a dividend lol
Cu*ts
Quick question; can anyone explain to me why the SP has consistently fallen for well over a year?I have been long since the dizzy heights of .80
Even if .80 was a knee jerk spike, I am also long from .63 .47 .36 and feel that I am kicking myself in the boll*x
Surely, SYME is now in a far better place today than it was even a year ago, unyet here we are with consistent losses. If anyone can explain, please do, as I am at a loss, in more ways than one....
Mate, I am embarrassed to admit that I am long from 4.3
I naively and understandably assumed that given the following circumstances;
- Covid PANDEMIC
- Massive global demand for effective PPE
- Dr Cave and his wisdom
- First to invent a life saving effective product which I assumed the NHS and others would purchase.
What a fool I was. I am down 77.8%
How the fu*k can this company have lost money hand over fist, during a Pandemic???
It is embarrassing/ I am embarrassed to even admit to my fellow investors that I bought this dog sh*t share.
If the imbeciles running this debacle draw a salary, they must be laughing at idiots like us.
I'm not laughing.
There has been a catalogue of errors, but at least "we are pleased to send the Mask making Machine, (which made no Masks) back to Spain and have paid for the privilege to do so.
The likes of you and I have bit the bullet, lost thousands, whilst the Dunces in charge this shambolic operation are drawing a fuc*ing salary.
I've deliberately avoided looking at the SP for the last few weeks, as tracking it is tantamount to self harming.
Heads should roll, but it would seem that Pi*s up in a brewery is even beyond the capabilities of those in charge, without consequence.
Like yourself, I am down massive and won't sell as I've written off the whole investment.
Don't let it make you bitter, just try to see the funny side let me know if you find it please.
All the best
Have we provided 350k masks to India yet?
If not, why not. I bought shares in a company who make masks. Am I wrong? I've lost a lot of capital here in the last year.
I refer to Q52. The SP was circa .60 at the start of the year. Now circa .25
Q52: On what basis were we "ready to fly" at the start of the year? What changed
following this statement?
A52: The Company has continued to move forward during 2021. Looking at the
commercial progress made since the start of the year, including the acquisition of
TradeFlow, the recruitment of senior personnel and NEDs, the publication of the 2020
Annual Accounts and, recently, the trading update, the business is in good shape.
Really?
