What kind of update? Honestly for now not much of news to be shared. Winter conditions are quite hard this year and it is a kind of stopper with limited hangar space. One A/C is undergoing RTS currently and estimated time of release is +/- end of this month. They are having also some problems with flying engines as I explained some time ago and this consumes new/repaired ones also for flying fleet's engines replacements. But I think this year will give us around +10 A/C released from P&W disease. Depending what will be a pace of P&W engines deliveries from shops

Flights to MED and JED from LGW are packed with average 200-230 pax on 239 seats avail.

I also can't tell Capt. I know only that one rts is around 1month so maximum 10aircrafts we can release per year in a perfect world with engines available etc. For sure capacity will grow when abu dhabi fleet and other currently on ground (not counting those clearly affected from p&w issue) start flying. But overall plans and new engines/ repaired engines arrivals are unknown for us in details. Just patience as I said. Please remember that not only machines are important but also staff, crews etc availability is a key

That is why I all the time here wonder what is the reason to argue or be rude to others ;-) I know, forum is to speak your mind and it creates situations like this but gents, it makes no sense to argue who is trolling, who is idiot or who is blind supporter. We have zero impact. We are plankton in this game :-) this will be 50 one day. Only need to sort out some mishaps and problems that happened. XLC will be donor. British fleet can not be swapped easily d/t certification issues (EASA vs UK certification)

Ex abu dhabi is re registered and technically ready to fly but WZZ is awaiting again for certificates etc to fly under EASA etc.

CAPTAIN, yes but if severe weather conditions come in January, February this might slow down a bit. But for now, we are good

They (WZZ) are pushing hard for release to service of next one still in 2025 and that WILL happen. You can expect 9H-WBR to be recovered in maximum 10-15 days from now.

Yesterday 9H-WAP has been released. Next one started. But it is not going so swiftly... 2028 is rather 100% sure but I do not know what are the decisions on higher levels. Winter seasons would be a challenge d/t no hangar space etc. I hope some good pattern of return to service would be found to speed up processes. By myself I believe 2027 calendar year would make a big difference... We will see. I am not posting here very often but still holding and I see it bright. Just let things happen and be patient. And hope we can wait our days in peaceful world. That is all we need.

99% of WZZ fleet over the Europe departed without any obstacles ☺️

Of course will be disrupted as issue is global but it will not affect on grounding for long period, just till all affected ELACs will be upgraded. Even uploading takes time so it must cause disruptions, neverthless from financial side grounding of 1-2 days is nothing in comparison to what we have currently with PW issue.

No need to worry. It is all about software upload only. There will happen some problems but not crucial impact on operations longterm. stop panic and selling rubbish info

I have no idea of external airports and what is maintenance ongoing there for XLRs. But in general plan of Wzz is to ground them and cannibalize engines for standard Airbuses and that is what we do now in our locations. Soon, in around 1week LZT is going to c check after recovery and WAP will be next to fly still this year (will be equiped with engines from 9H-XLA).

As for engines that are being installed back what Captain asked. There are deliveries of new engines as well as repaired ones (both hopefully free from powder metal defect and other hidden problems) simultaneously. Lets hope PW does good job, we will see in a year from now

I am "a bit" in industry in common with wzz. But as you see even that did not protect me from investing "too early". I was long ago when no one had any idea of pw issue and war. Still i can repeat that when pw problems are solved and no new black swans wzz will be a strong player. I do not like to talk much or write much, as again, we have zero impact on sp but I have my own patience and will be here until it soars high
