Trouble with Cheesie's posts is that you have to join the dots :)
Maybe he found the pot of gold.....
Is my Birthday. Come on Zaza give me a brief update as present. We can but wish.
Well done and thank you for putting it all together. Great job. Personally I think a little nudge by way of an introductory letter to Zaza (possibly via YJ) wouldn't go amiss, and might even be welcomed as it will show him that he has a lot of support. GLA
My over reaction. Hang on to those golden tickets.
Bryan, I don't know why you bought shares in FRR, but if you did half an ounce of research before you made your investment decision then you would know that your broker is talking shite.
Jester I like your 'think'. All we need is for Zaza to give us a timetable to calm a few nerves. Tsbs I also saw the removal of the investor page. Hopefully it is being revamped to meet the needs of the many investors who are now locked into the company.
Looks like business as usual
Thanks for trying Puddy. It is like pulling hen's teeth trying to get information out of a Clerk of the Court so I am not holding my breath on your email. What I do understand from your earlier post and another comment on here is that the judge has finished deliberating and is now writing up his judgement. Everything is coming to a head, let's hope that it is in our favour.
I think that it is time that the company gave us an update. In just the same way as they issued an announcement about not knowing the reason for Cairn's resignation they should issue one giving the reason (after 2 weeks I assume they should now know why Cairn resigned) and an update as to whether Hope has filed his defence. Nothing special, no need for an RNS, just a courtesy to shareholders to keep us informed.
The company can still issue RNSs without a Nomad. Just cannot trade :(
Agree TSBS. Delisting is in nobody's best interest, not even Hope's unless all he wants is his $30m back.
Personally I think that Cairn resigned because of a conflict of interest. If it was over information that should have been RNSd then it would have happened sooner and Zaza would have been able to give a reason for the resignation. He was categoric that he did not expect the resignation and that he did not know the reason for it. I think that Hope, in compiling his defence has placed Cairn in an untenable position, either by demanding them to be witnesses or by revealing further documents, and the only way out was for them to resign. We shall see when Hope's defence is lodged tomorrow. In the meantime GLA.
I'm battling to cut and paste from my phone. Open the link to the emails and have a look at para 46 and 47 of SN affidavit.
I read it on line. If someone can repost the link I will gladly find and post. It is referenced as a text message sent by Cairn to SN.
It is 54 pages long!
It is to protect/prevent people from panic selling because they are not privy to all the information.
Cairn's resignation was probably already on the cards. If you read SN's affidavit you will see that they were advising Hope and thereby created a conflict of interest. Something had to give.
The court originally separated the two issues, the injunction over the attachment of assets and the fiduciary duty action. By discharging the injunction but allowing it to remain in force until the next hearing it seems to me that the court has brought the two issues back together and we will get everything sorted out in one go.
