How does FRR get to $56m? My guess, for what it's worth, is that Hope was shorting the shares to drive the price down and then buying the YA allocation at ridiculous prices. He then tried to use the YA issue to take control of the company (again). Because the price was artificially low FRR was forced to issue more shares than necessary to YA creating massive unnecessary dilution. $56m equates to about 4.5 billion shares at 1p, which was the price that was put on all the corporate restructuring that was done last year.
