In JB's medium blog post there was a section aboutthe FCA and it seems things have not changed in all of these years.

Jonno yeah that last bit sounds like they assessed amigo scheme on its own merits.. and future schemes will be based off their own merits.. :)

Malpenn - The papers really do love to paint Amigo in a bad light by calling Amigo "something far worse" ;)

They meant to say; "Providents exit from high interest lending could pave the way for borrowers to get a much lower interest rate on their loans by lending from the cheapest MID-COST LENDER... AMIGO!"

Boris can actually do one.. after saying it will be permanent and irreversible hes already showing signs of his usual U-turn just as things start to look positive.. swear they are all just making announcements to bolster the markets while they load up in sector they know will be affected by their next announcements..

I can see why the negativity continues to be allowed a platform, with Boris saying things like ..

I feel that this price dip has nothing to do with panic selling or weak hands, the big sales are ii's and they are enough to push the price wherever they need it :)

Franky on the link i put, can you check #13,,#14 i think i might be misinterpreting it but it mentions JPM and takover via scheme of arrangement. Just dont really understand it fully without reading the whole thing
