I think theres so many possibilities but everyone sets such limitations to stop things being possible :P Surely theres some route involving shares that will work senator, seeing as the FCA said shareholders stand to gain the most? Exactly Mister.E! He couldnt realistically just come out and say we can afford whatever you want just take it all... the secured creditors wont mind :P Without the FCA working closely and suggesting what they think is fair, this is the only way to find out the sweet spot :)

I'm still in, till the bitter (or sweet) end! 326k shares and counting, will keep adding a few here and there maybe lower my average a bit again. I see this as a set back but still see the potential in the future. Can't say i enjoyed it when finding out Gary and the board didn't provide the court with ANY evidence to show there was real chance of insolvency. Basically caught bluffing with 7,2 off suit and risking it all. But think there is very little resistence from FCA and failure to negotiate terms then Gary has to try cheap as possible to give us chance to grow.

Mark why are you hanging around if you are out? surely want to just move onto the next one rather than sit here socialising in a dead duck share that not worth investment? probably sounds ruder than its intended but i cant think of how else to say it.

shareprice should play very little into the judges decision.. one persons loss is anothers gain and no one has actually MADE any more money than was put in at IPO so its all just money being pushed around and everyone taking their cut, or sitting in loss? STILL Dont know why that is mentioned.

Its not the FCA job to suggest shareholders should be liable for a companies mistsakes. Thats the only thing that seemed odd saying that shareholders should be totally wiped out, scaring a lot of people into panic selling and suffering many losses as a result. Not the fact they changed their mind last minute. However dirty that was thats just business..

No the creditors, ie; Claimants and FOS will be receiving 15% of pretax profits paid directly to SchemeCo which is handling the scheme. IF its given the go ahead. I think it was mentioned in court to be a dividend of sorts. One of the reasons why we wont see any dividends (but im fine with that).

I know iv been holding shares throughout the ordeal :D What the QC for the FCA suggested (Wiping out existing shareholders) is nothing short of criminal. A company is a seperate entity and shareholders are not liable for any losses more than the price of the shares. Lets see how the judge responds before getting too hung up about it.
