They will be able to access money soon but will we need funding before that comes? Possibly but not much can be done about that.. just hope its not too painful

We as Evoke shareholders are still being asked to vote for the scheme of arrangement.. they have secured/locked in 29% of the existing share capital as voting FOR this scheme.. retail outnumber here so still a chance this scheme is turned down and a new offer made etc.. its not as close to done deal as you are making out..

Also, everyone wanting to get out is why the shareprice will take a while to get anywhere close to 50p 😅

Newbie i think he means if first offer is rejected by shareholders and Ballys come back with an increased offer, or a rival bidder comes along..

The seller is probably confident they can get another discounted placing.. that or is not finished loading up a position so will use some shares to stifle the news and continue to buy slowly as the hype dies down..

Lets be honest, they are not offering "fair value" but as cheap as they possibly can get accepted.. leaking a 50p offer put a cap on any kind of shareprice rally as they are loading up.

88.8p has a nice ring to it as a pre buyout price.. hopefully that will be around 120p/share
