My biggest regret is going public, obviously it doesnt matter now as i used the money to short Netflix and Meta so i can afford to not give a damn
I can confirm, when you have money you dont boast about it, i know first hand what its like. When i won £140,000,000 on the Euro millions there was death threats and everything coming through by the thousands, now iv had to employ 8 extra servants just to cypher through all the junk mail threats
Hi mountainous, great to see you around, are you still holding? Hopefully things turn around for us long suffering holders sometime soon.
Oh here we go with my stalker
Cannot wait until this new lot disappear.. they send worse each year, not worse than Shorterguy showing videos of people about to drown on a boat.. but we did have giantsquit today referring to sinking faster than the titanic.
This new lot are a new breed who literally have nothing to add apart from their own panic.. no information that could even instil any panic into us or anything.. just nothing.. so boringggg
If thats HUGE i feel sorry for your wife
Not even started yet.. gap to fill at 20p
Pusssssy
So it looks like they have reached a settlement where they borrow $150m more and refinance $1bn and we could come out the other side of this chapter 11 almost unscathed? Or with a takeover offer? 70p- £1/share seems reasonable ;)
13 green boxes on this one thread.. impressive
I imagine the longer Cineworld are in Chapter 11 the more chance we have of coming out relatively un-wiped out, as the money has chance to roll in
Antlev you are boring asf
Thanks for correcting me on the DIP thing before i made an idiot of myself :) would be greatful for the link to hollyreporter article also
Wolf can you point me to where you have seen that Mooky is pulling out of advertising contracts? Also its not him pulling out of leases (that is the Debtors that are in possession currently) and the Cineplex deal.. who wouldnt pull out .. they thought they had reasonable grounds to pull out as CP didnt stick to their agreement but the Canadian courts obviously had a bias (as we all well know from her links to the CP CEO)
Any valid info is hidden amongst lawyer jargon in the court documents.. only thing thats happened as far as i can tell is Cine have been lent just under $2bn and theyv closed about 21 Regal sites that were draining money.. unless iv missed everything :)
Topped up another 47,091 shares today as i do love a good average down (not that iv had much choice) cant think of anything worse than Cine recovering without having loaded up at this price
Must admit im struggling to keep up with ALL the dockets so iv just been skimming for words i know the meaning of :) but i havnt been able to find anything about the CinePlex thing WolfOfWarks has said about in the official court proceedings

The reported deal was for CP shares plus debt - so they would walk away with a stake in CP, loan notes plus whatever control they will have over the rest of CINE."
Dont think CP got a chance in hell of getting anything that easy, this chapter 11 being handled in US is nothing like how the case was handled in Canada with a bias judge who has close family ties with the CP CEO etc..

Theres the pdf to the docket if the link works, if not its Docket #570
Whats CINE action? Is that what happens in the back row?
