Looking at the judges previous sanctions of scheme of arrangements, and found one for Inmarsat plc, where same judge as we got passed that with only 77% approval. Might be different type of company but the percentages passing are encouraging :)

i would prefer to watch the company to grow into what i vision it to look like in the coming years, but thats just me. Obviously if its not a lowball offer then im sure something could be arranged..

We should just have a zero tolerance to trolls approach like we took on Cineworld board.. if you see garbage post after garbage post, report for spam and block the person. If everyone does that the board gets cleaned up rather quickly :)
