Iv had real problem being with t212 for AmigoLoans and they have lent out 100% of the shares to shorters at one point. Disgusting that your money works against you and you also dont own the voting rights as i found out when i tried to go to the AGM

we have already been effectively wiped.. all the valuable stuff in the amigoloans ltd is going to claimants.. that is our wipeout!!!! then we have to pay £15m to claimants which is extra wipeout.. and if we cant afford to take up our rights we get royally fudged.. then if they do a placing for institutional investment we get diluted further..

The wipeout should have stopped at claimants taking everything from the ltd company!!!!!

Hexam i disagree, it IS the 19/1 thats the problem for people who cant afford to take up the rights. NOT the amount needed to be raised.

I just cant get my head around diluting plc company shares to such an extent to save a ltd company.. Gary needs to explain in more detail about the raise/placing and how much from each before going into court because if shareholders are expected to raise money and then they do a placing that dilutes them further its beyond a joke. Thats why i think making this 19/1 a specific need for the new business scheme is a big mistake as it will just be voted down anyway, meaning whole court process has been a joke and amigoloans ltd ultimately gets wound down anyway. Should have spent this time focusing on Vanir and how we can get it going in Europe or anywhere away from the UK lending space in the state that its in with FCA as they are. Its simply not worth it
