If they don't pay a dividend this time then they could likely do a share buyback off the open market, which I think would be the better option anyway

Abramovich hasnt sold his shares in Evraz. He has transferred them to a company in The Virgin Islands called Greenleas International Holdings Ltd. Panic over for a lot of these people who are posting to save us money.

Got to be worth atleast looking into for the company to start buying back some shares to hold in treasury?
