I reckon next SP uplift will be when PD is launched and more Water Mon. deals are announced by DVRG over the next few weeks.
AGM is on 20 July for DVRG so maybe something by then.

However, the new services' model started recently so much more income in H2, plus we are still waiting to hear about Mtox PD launch soon; whether the 600k relates to orders of PD (not announced yet) or PD orders will be over and above, nobody can say.
I reckon 2m for FY22 is realistic, maybe conservative too. At a min GM of 60%, cash flow of 1.2 mln vs outflow of 1.8?
Cash at Y/E still around 3ml, more than enough for 2023, year of profitability. IMO

STC sales are separate to Labskin's. Labskin made 10x sales in 2021 Vs 2018, which was 250k (as per recent Final results' RNS) i.e appx 2.5 mln.
So, if Labskin Rev 2021 was 2.5m, would 5mln in 2022 be realistic?
And 1mln for STC over a few weeks in 2022, would this imply another 3-4m by Y/E? Thus, 5m for 2022.
So, total 10mln in 2022 for Labskin and STC, is that realistic?

I think we are close to the 2022 Rev target of 24ml, and this achieved in the middle of an income and economic crisis.
No funding issues and profitability just around the corner.
And still, BT and China to come!

As you said, their holding is now worth 230k...even if double, it's still only 460k so it would not make any difference to the portfolio's performance.
Many reasons why they are selling:
1. too small to be worth the trouble of monitoring
2. too small to even wish to buy more ie. if they wanted to put in 2-3 million it's 50% of the mkt cap!
3. too illiquid / too volatile
4. they bought in at 0.10 and started selling down at 0.20 - perhaps they fell for GJB's "jam tomorrow"? Maybe they were hoping it would start rising from 0.20 but instead it range-traded between 0.20-0.25
5. perhaps the Inv. Comm. changed its mind after purchase
6 and so on..

304 mln shares, another 6 months minimum!
They will exit completely just before MSYS turns profitable! Talk about "right timing".

"Insulin project" - this could be huge, if you think globally how many millions suffer from Diabetes
"H2 starts with highest ever orderbook" - H2 2021 Sales were 400k, therefore we are already looking at - say - 500k? Plus 700k in H1, plus more Sales for H2 then we are looking at a minimum Revenues of 1.5 mln for 2022; that's 1 mln cash flow and if we have less than 2 mln cash burn it measn we end up 2022 with at least 2.5 mln in cash.

The rats jump ship first (boyed by a bit of Helium :))) )...but the ship is not sinking...so, once all the rats are gone it will be plain sailing in a few weeks (the markets will bottom too in a few weeks - H1 was the worst in decades).

The Market is on a Risk-Off mood, not many people will want to bother with a yet-to-make-profits small cap.
it's just the current situation, in a few months it will be different when hitting profitability is just around the corner. IMO
