Definitely you are overcautious; the Chinese paid recently just shy of $150mln for 50% of the Eritrean potash license and will spend about 1bln to construct the mine.
As soon as the EPC is final, the market will rerate the risk and the SP will jump quickly;
As per my Jan 1st post, we will still have newsflow in the near future eg about the legal reviews of RoC operations, new NED, probably hiring of staff to oversee construction etc, thus the Co will be able to drop a few more hints about risk reduction.

The market is on a wait n see mode now, waiting for the real progress; it seems that the SP is forming a good base (just over the 50-DMA) around the 0.80 and with any positive news it'd test the 200-DMA.
I guess it's just LT holders now with short term traders out of the way (unless ALB still owns a few million shares, that he forgot to tell us about, and decides to sell).

No news, but nothing bad either. The wait goes on but we should be getting closer.
Cash burn reasonable, cash sufficient until mine construction starts.

Thank you for keeping the BB entertained, it's such a relief to know that you are as anxious as the rest of us for the Trading update (which, I had said, based on previous years' releases, it should be due between the 20-30th January).
I will be glad to hear soon that you have also become a LT holder.

You are forgetting that the RoC Minister has been patiently waiting since Oct end; even if, as you say, the Bod is BSing us PIs, would the Minister just sit and accept this BS? I assume he was given material info, which is being drip-fed to the Market (eg hiring for mine construction during H1).
Plus, there is an update due by Jan-end, we are expecting news on new NED, legal review of local subsidiaries and of course the EPC etc. I assume that the Co knows that they have to throw a bone to the Mkt (big or small, we will know in a few days).
So, let's discuss after the release of the Update.

ALB, if I recall correctly, every week you make different prediction. Statistically, you may get some right; but does it matter? One day you say you are a holder, the next that you are not.
So in reality, nobody can take any of your predictions seriously, except where you say you want the SP to crater and buy in cheap; but then you contradict yourself by saying that the BoD are liars, overpaid, and that the Co is too risky and has no future. Thus, why would you buy in, at whatever price?????

That's from 20 Dec so I think for us, what we need now, is a good Q4 Operations Update due between the 20-30 January (as per past releases). If we have the EPC news with it then...ALB will not be coming back for any hellos :)))

His comments may be weird or just very clever (in trying to scaremonger) but I find them useful in pushing me and others into checking the rigour of our analysis. Groupthink can lead to complacency so I am not complaining about ALB, I find his assertions amusing.
His main argument seems to be that the BoD is BS us about the EPC/financing because of the huge delay; to counter that, we have had recently the RNS that hiring is to start soon in connection to the mine construction, Emmerson announcing significant interest by various banks to finance its mine, and also the Chinese buying out the potash license of our Eritrean competitor, whilst announcing USD1 bln of costs for building the mine in 3-4 years; note that Eurochem has a 10-year offtake agreement with them since 2018.
So, nothing to complain about.

I think we must thank him for de-ramping, it keeps the SP down enough for us to buy more :))

So, assuming ALB is not - as per usual - dissembling, he made maybe a £500 profit; I thought the "whispers" he heard talked about 7p soon; that's huge risk to take i.e. £500 Vs a profit of thousands;
Conclusion - he never bought any shares, he never made any profit, he never heard any whispers, he just likes our company here :))

Actually, I don't mind the SP dropping a bit, I said it could consolidate around 0.80 pending news; and it will allow me to buy some more shares ( I may let you know when I buy).

Missing the Rev Target by 5% is a Minus, focus and cost cutting are Pluses.
We will soon see what weighs more.

People just want to know/understand on what basis you have upended your whole 2022 investment thesis in only 3 days i.e. from a) saying that the risks are too high and you won't buy in until the SP drops to 0.35 to
b) "revealing" that now you have bought in (2 days after your supposed buys) on the basis of "whispers", when there have been no KP2 news.
