On 27 March I really hope you will finally manage to tell us a bit as to why those "whispers" convinced you to invest in the shares despite your worries about "dilution, BoD porkies, RNS lies and delays" and all the other nice things you keep repeating.

Apart from thanking you for opening our eyes (hahaha), you still don't explain below why you bought at 0.70 based on "whispers" you had heard (your words)...and then said you sold for an "11% profit"...a lot of contradictions, don't you think?

As I said, you love this stock...why else waste your time on this BB whilst owning zero shares?

Everyone on this BB can easily assess who has been telling porkies.

BDzer, I don't have doubts; I'm still dripfeeding money here, so my average cost keeps coming down; all I said is that some holders may jump ship for various reasons and this may also lower the SP until we get the RNS expected since August.
The Co revamped its website before Xmas, said it will hire people in H1 etc so I'm very optimistic that the RNS is coming soon (Chinese holidays ended this week).
PBull, he is neither of what you say; he's just greedy and wants to buy KP2 on the cheap for himself; he's spending so much time here that I know for sure he loves this stock; but he's clever enough to always end his deramping posts with a caveat (i.e. that the SP may go up).

Maybe insiders are selling, maybe someone who needs cash, someone who's tired of waiting etc; people sell (and buy) for various reasons;
We know this is a risky venture, with a high capital loss risk; we either sell out, or wait for the EPC news (while suffering ALB's posts) :)))
If we are right, we will be rewarded; if not, we are adults and took our risks.

As per your post below of Jan 5th, you still haven't told us about the whispers you had heard and made you buy at 0.70p.
Maybe now you are hearing other whispers?

Unlike people who relie on "whispers", contradictory assertions and wild guesses, I don't predict; I try using logic and facts to analyse public info about the Co eg RNS, and exchanging opinions with like-minded investors; if an RNS says expect the EPC in August and then it's delayed, it's surely not a "prediction" of mine. I'm not a prophet, especially a prophet of doom.

ALB is so outrageously funny...always trying to glean information from us but always lying about his position/intentions etc. We are still waiting to hear about the "whispers" he heard 3 weeks ago.
I own shares and I never said I don't own. I merely joked that "my well is dry" in response to his "your well under water", whatever that meant!!

SP target to be updated by SP Angel; from the below comments, I'd estimate a 3% drop in KP2's overall value. DYOR

the most significant points from the RNS, which would matter to a potential co-investor:
"possible that the Company could pursue other 'value realisation' strategies such as a sale, partial sale or joint venture";
"The most recent drilling and geophysical data has further improved confidence in the DX Deposit and the economic attractiveness of the DX Project."
"The updated resource further confirms this Project to be a low operating cost potash operation that can produce approximately 400,000 tonnes per annum of MOP. What makes DX unique is its low capex and shallow deposit containing high grade potassium chloride, qualities which are very rare in the potash industry."

I think the Co is just focused on Kola; on the Co's website, the strategy for DX is clearly defined; Co will only proceed if they have a worthwhile proposal; they definitely do not need to start this project before Kola unless someone else steps in, with big pockets.
Yes, I agree with your comments about the guy wasting everyone's time with outrageous lies, I wonder sometimes if he works for Putin!

I meant negative to the SP (because the NPV came lower by 130mln or so); however, I repeat that the Market is now focused on Kola with a 4bln+ NPV (and the project is expected to start soon, RNS to confirm of course).
In any case, the Co has said previously that DX is not a priority hence ignore ALB's comments about dilution etc.

it's logical that the "new" Board wants to distance itself from GJB's days and his Twittering about every little thing; my guess is that they only want to issue significant RNSs, to slowly turn the tide; it's been 4 months since any contract news and no estimates so far for 2023; thus, it is likely that when we get an RNS, it will contain important news. After 4 months of drought, this day is getting closer IMO.

it shows that, for now, it's not so significant; project NPV dropped from USD412 to USD275 mln since 2020, normally it'd be negative, but compared to Kola's NPV of USD+4bln, which is ready to launch, it's immaterial.

Pluses and Minuses; we will know when the market opens.
Its NPV is less than 10% of Kola's (so not as material) but it has a 3-year payback, which should make it attractive to someone with deep pockets, needing potash quickly with a low mine development risk.
I think KP2 can use this as a cash cow i.e. sell a stake eg like the Eritrean mine (where the Ozzies got 180 mln for 50% of the mine license); it looks quite similar.

So it seems the spread had widened while the SELL order was pending; but this has now more than been covered by the BUY orders (hence the Offer rising from 0.77 to 0.82).

Actually, it's 0.76-0.80 now, but yea, it's strange to quote such a big spread.
