Yes but DVRG rising 30%, on no news and high volumes is not a coincidence (given the desperate selling at 0.50 just a few days ago).

This is probably a big contract win, and MSYS will probably be a part of that; and MSYS dropping 30% due to the risk of losing 1.4 mln means that once that risk disappears, MSYS SP will revert to 0.05p+ - IMO

NU, I think the issue remaining was how MSYS could secure the obligation by DVRG; IMO, we will get an answer with the Results, so not much longer to wait.

DVRG rising today might also be connected to that - who knows?

Results tomorrow or Monday ("by mid-month") and DVRG rising can only be good for MSYS too; it's our biggest debtor!!

Don't get me wrong, I am also confident that this SP is too low, but with so many people badly burned by DVRG's Mgt actions, I would expect the Mkt to need some concrete proof of a turnaround?

MSYS will announce Audited results this week (so, within 3 days the latest), which will contain - as per its last RNS - information of how the DVRG 1.4 mln trade debt should be recognized for accounting purposes; ideally, this info should contain some positive details for both Cos (e.g the Settlement Plan, otherwise - IMO - on what basis should the Auditors treat the debt?).

NU, as long as there is no huge SELL trade at/by mkt close, I don't mind what the site shows, the essence is to have a steady BUYing interest - IMO.

0.0357 to sell, so I assume that the 39mln shares are BUYS; good sign

I think the Mkt has moved on from PD, for the time being at least - IMO;
Mkt wants to hear about the cash flow, settlement plan/s (eg with MSYS) and how current and future contracts will be executed, given the dire WCap situation;
Looking at the past 2-3 days trading, I'd assume that the Co will soon announce positive developments on these fronts, again IMO.

4 trading days left before "mid-May", not long to go for confirmation - IMO - of the turnaround; it's been a long wait.

I tried to Buy 500k shares at 08.00 but the MM could not give me a live price; on falling days (if the 3mln trade was a SELL, SP would have opened down) one can buy as much as they want; so this indicates that the 3mln order had been placed before Market open (also, the Offer price on the day before was 0.53, y'day it opened at 0.55) and it was a BUY, getting executed at close; price action (SP slowly rising) during the day also indicates the order was a BUY - IMO
In any case, buying DVRG now is scary because nobody knows what happens next but at this SP, if it recovers, the rewards might be well worth the risk.

If push comes to shove, DX can be discounted a bit; huge demand for potash projects near maturity and a capital cost of eg 100mln is peanuts for the big Miners.

Either way, we have to know sometime in summer IMO because if the EPC doesn't happen by then (or a DX deal), then funds will be needed.

Well, I can think of 3 scenarios:
1. Progress slow but ongoing, as per RNSs, and a positive outcome sometime in the summer; next RNS, as a minimum, is in mid-July about Q2 operations so will the EPC conclude by then? No idea.
2. Zero progress and the Board has been lying to us, the Minister, the Market etc - as the "agitating steaming pile" is claiming; what their motive would be, again no idea.
3. little progress because the Chinese are playing hard ball and/or a double game and sinister things are going on about which we know nothing about.
