Just back from seeing it in the superscreen in Glasgow Silverburn. Good number of people there (for a 10:30 showing). Pretty formulaic and no major surprises but it was excellent. I do enjoy a marvel film but this was so much better than green screen/cgi. Brilliant film and reckon we will go again next week. Good old fashioned edge of the seat action film. Thoroughly recommend it. Cheesy as hell :-)

Next 6-8 weeks will hopefully bring in big money! I currently have the following pre-booked:

Jurassic Park Dominion
Elvis (Think this could do well!)
Minions Rise of Gru (Hopefully make good money from families over summer)
Not available for pre-booking yet but Thor Lover and Thunder just one week later. (8th July)

That is a pretty impressive 6 weeks of releases right there!!

Cineworld gave up their lease on the Imax in Glasgow - it has since re-opened, assuming it is once again independent and being run by the Glasgow Science Centre.

I dont know for certain - but pretty sure the they only lend out shares in normal cash accounts but do not lend out shares held in S&S ISA's - at least that is what has been posted multiple times in the past.

I saw the northman at the weekend. Personally thought it was bloody awful :-) (Quite a few people in the cinema though!)

Personally thought it was about as good as could be expected - fairly happy with it! Let's see what the market thinks!

Saw it earlier today - excellent film - really enjoyed it. Also - in the trailers they showed Top Gun Maverick, Morbius, Dr Strange and Secrets of Dumbledore. Everyone of those has a good chance of making 700M+ I think. Felt marginally less terrified about my prospects :-)

Saw a sellout godfather in the big super screen last night - it was brilliant

Glasgow Silverburn superscreen showing of the Godfather is sold out - can't wait :-) (Looks like pretty much everything else is sold out for the whole day too!!)

Polaris Capital Management LLC added ~8.5 Million shares yesterday. Nice to see some belief from the big guns! Probably why we were up yesterday when almost everything else was down!!

We had the Godfather 50th anniversary booked in our Cineworld (26th Feb). It sold out and they have now added a showing on the superscreen so we cancelled the previous one and booked the Superscreen. Can't believe I am getting to see the Godfather on superscreen :-)

Saw it yesterday - totally absurd but then I wasn’t going to see a documentary ?? Was actually ok!

Personally wouldn't worry too much about the January comparison with 2019. 1917 was released in January 2019 and probably accounts for most of the 50% difference. There are no "big" released this month in the UK. (Scream and Belfast are doing OK and the tail end of Spidey is keeping things respectable).

You do not need to buy any further shares but the current shares will be worth 5% due to the dilution

At current market cap of £28M this would be £560M. Don't have much experience of these things but suspect the SP will not remain at it's current price based on this news!

You can ignore that Basilius just some Bid/Ask's that go up at 5:00am. There is a pre-open auction 10 minutes before opening and you'll see it change to something a bit closer to reality. Even then it isn't always reflective of what will happen at open. (A good pointer if the pre-auction heads heavily up or down though)
