Of course, if you meant since share trading was restored then that was Friday and I would expect any TR1's to be released by now (or maybe another day or so)

The scheme rejection was only published yesterday. If any of them sold (or bought) then they have a few days to post the TR1 i believe.

Why would the US open make any difference to a UK traded stock? You don;t think the US can buy and sell right now the same as we can?

They have 200M in the bank but I think there are restrictions on that as they have bonds/secured debt. But best read into it yourself to be certain. I think they tried to play hardball saying it's the SOA or we go bust and the judge has called them on it. Unless there is some sort of debt recall from the bond holders, I wouldn't imagine they will be going bust - but who knows! Also dont know if they will come back with higher numbers, debt for equity, share issue etc etc. I like a good gamble so have pumped some more in and averaged down to 11p but it really could go anywhere! GL if you decide to get in.

Hi Bonkers, really depends on your level of risk taking. Personally I have topped up and averaged down on AMGO this morning on the assumption that they will come back with alternatives to the proposed scheme. But it is risky to say the least - make you r own mind up and don;t put in anything that your aren't prepared to lose!

Don't listen to idiots like this. Just add them to the filter. There will be a lot of people shouting "told you so" and you are all doomed. Personally have bought a decent chunk more this morning to average down (now at 11p). Do your own reading, make your own decisions, and try not to jump to conclusions based on the multitude of "experts" who have surfaced this morning.

nope - will be straight into auction and expect it will drop like a stone. By the time we would actually be able to sell anything, it will likely be significantly lower than it is now. Given that it hit 12 after the court case, I personally think single figures is very likely. Not going to take a huge loss and will hold until whatever happen, happens! GLA

Scheme of Arrangement: result of second Court hearing

Amigo Holdings PLC (LSE: AMGO), a leading provider of guarantor loans in the UK, provides an update on the Scheme of Arrangement (the 'Scheme') of ALL Scheme Ltd ('SchemeCo') announced on 25 January 2021, following the Court sanctioning hearing which took place on 19 May 2021.

Amigo announces that the High Court has not approved the Scheme despite the overwhelmingly positive creditors' vote. A copy of the Judgment can be found at www.amigoscheme.co.uk. The Board is reviewing all options including an Appeal. A further update will be given in due course.

To ensure equal treatment of customers with redress claims, Amigo announced on 21 December 2020 that it was stopping the ongoing payment of redress claims as set out in the announcement of that date, and that position will continue.

Gary Jennison, Chief Executive Officer of Amigo, commented: "Amigo is incredibly disappointed that the Scheme has not been approved despite the 74,877 customers who voted in support of the Scheme, representing over 95% of those who voted. We are currently reviewing all our options and will provide an update at the earliest opportunity."

I have some funds in Fidelity - will be moving them out soon though as it isnt great. If you cant get a price, try again with a smaller number of shares and it will probably work (I have found). Problem with that is that it costs £10 per trade thus splitting your trades costs money!! Poor performance and very slow. When you sell up it can take over 15 minutes before the funds are available to re-invest.

I "think" if it goes our way the judges decision would just be announced, if this happens outside of business hours then there would be a pre-opening RNS. If there were to be any discussions during a time where people privy to said discussions could have a jump on the market then I guess there would be another suspension until after those. Just my thoughts.
