Surprised by this - sort of tug build work I would hope to be built in a European shipyard these days. Built in Vietnam and then sails all the way to the Netherlands it seems.

Helping to slowly/speed up changing the Narrative for Veterans In Northern Ireland!!!!

So on Wednesay i was invited to the head offices of Harland & Wolff by Michael Court to discuss what the Veterans Awards are about and how im trying to change the way Company’s look at recruiting veterans and the benefits they bring.

Now originally this was going be an informal chat with some nice biscuits, But Michael said jay would you up for doing a presentation to our management team in person and to others over teams, Well i’ve always been one for go big or go home so of course i jumped at the chance.

Well 50 minutes later i had clearly mapped how i believe H&W and many others can tapp in to the huge oppurtunities that my network events, Affilated partners Ex-Mil Recruitment Ltd #exmil The Forces Transition Group, Forces Employment Charity and the Large pool of veterans can help meet there needs for 900 vacancies in the up coming Navel Contract.

Well the response was brilliant and all i’m going to say is watch this space as i have a feeling H&W are going to be leaders in change in Northern Ireland and others will have to play catch up.

France has announced similiar today for steel production. Hydrogen use in networks and industry is happening and IM can support with this.
