@BurningChrome, then he should not be involved in the operations of the business if he is not competent. Simple as that, couldn't care less if he is an academic, if this is all done without his knowledge he is weak or extremely niave. Both are unforgivable.

You are aware that LDTs (lab developed tests which GDR is) are NOT subject to FDA approval. So this RNS is complete nonsense and holds 0 bearing on FDA. Even if FDA falls tomorrow this is not linked.

Email budd, ask him 'Are LDTs subject to FDA approval?'

You're aware those independent tests hold 0 bearing on them bypassing the FDA as they have done today? The loophole existed without the independent studies.

You can google this stuff and find it out yourself..

That's not to say the independent studies will not bolster the sales effort, but do not cross wires thinking this was some brilliant coup by DB in order to bypass FDA - it wasn't and that isn't opinion, that is fact.

They weren't aware of the software upgrade until they engaged on user testing - DB literally said this in a presentation. That's why it was not immediately done - lets pretend they were aware though, bit naïve not to immediately get that sorted isn't it?
