Can’t blame anyone for selling up or de risking in the current climate.
With the Russian economy about to be battered with a big stick, I don’t think they could afford to alienate overseas investors when they will need every penny they can get.
I’m hoping this will slowly recover and if it drops anymore, will pop a few more quid in.

Lots of dangerous people going to be hit with sanctions and travel bans.
What’s the point of having billions if you can’t enjoy it and wondering when it’s all going to be taken away.

ok, I admit some people go a bit too far.
But what do you expect really ?
You come on here expecting to hear a reasonable discussion about a share you have invested in and all you get is the same lot trying to bat it down.
I personally have learnt more from the decent guys on here than anywhere else and some have even taken the time to explain things I didn't know or understand.
The result of that is I've either made a few quid or not lost a few quid so thanks to them guys for the help.
All the others who just come to **** of our investments, call us stupid and try to steal our money, well their fair game for a bit of fun.

The thing is,
Putin surprised the west and got them on the back foot.
Instead of following through with his promises he did the opposite and plied more troops on Ukraines boarder.
This has kicked NATO up the arse and now Europe is in a worse position than it has been for decades.
That includes Russia.
China is laughing its head off at this big dick contest.
If Putin had pulled his troops when concerns were voiced and his demands made, then talks could have taken place. Instead he’s pushed NATO and himself into a corner and now he can’t backdown.
I always though he was a good leader but now I think his age has caught up and he’s lost the edge he once had.
The trouble is he won’t go by choice.
So unfortunately someone needs to make the choice for him. :(

Has he lost the plot ?
Seems happy to kill thousands while hiding behind a 20’ table because he’s terrified of catching covid.
It’s time his own people put a bullet in his head.
