RY has shown he isn’t interested creating value for the share holders.
He is thinking about himself and how he can milk this cow for as long as possible.
We all need to wake up and face the fact he’s not got it in him to do the job he’s clinging onto for dear life.
Never has had judging by his past performance.

If I was the cynical type I’d be interested to see how many employees are related to the BOD and do sweet FA except draw a wage.

I personally think RY has made enough from this for basically doing sweet FA.
He was also happy to sell us down the road to ensure he would be ok going forward.
It wasn’t the offer that’s the issue, it’s the way it was structured to benefit him.
No one knows what’s gone on in negotiations so we didn’t know if it’s the best we could get but it should have been an outright sale with all proceeds going to share holders.
I wrote this off years ago and I think RY has had enough of my pension.

What ever you say it looks like we were given bad advise from our BOD.
Only time will tell if it was or wasn’t.
Maybe RY believes that was the best he could get for the shareholders or maybe it was the best deal for him.

Release the TEO, you can't hide it from investors forever.
Good or bad it will eventually come out and you will be judged on what it says.
Crawling back in your hole, drawing your wage and pretending nothing has changed won't work anymore.
Either put something out or go, there's no other option for you now.

They know that after this they are in-investable and any company would suffer if they took them on.

Sell the company from under the share holders feet, give them a pittance and keep the rest for a future project.

I can't believe that some people are actually saying they would be happy for RY continue after this pathetic show.
Anything less than 7 or 8p full sale is a failure of the BOD to do their jobs and even that is a joke. How many years have they milked this company and produced nothing for the shareholders.
If RY and the rest of them want to go forward they need to prove they are fit to hold the positions they are paid handsomely for, not just keep kicking the can down the road, making lame excuses and blaming everyone and everything for their incompetence.

Maybe once RY understands this isn’t his company and that he’s just an employee, he might just start doing his job.
That’s if he doesn’t want to go down in aim history as a total failure.

Nomad should get involved now and Aim should suspend the share at least until the TEO is released.
That way the market know the potential value of AMC.
This sticks of back-handers and insider trading and our nomad are sitting about doing sweet FA

We won’t see the TEO because it shows what this is actually worth.
The buyer will have seen it though.
Why is aim and the nomad allowing RY to give this away ?
The share should be suspended and RY investigated.
As a minimum he shouldn’t be allowed to sit on the board of any company after this.
