All FY25 losses will be realised in H1 that’s surely even obvious to you. They will need an injection of cash to have about a signed off. I told you this in April when you were ramping this to high heaven. This was from this year’s raise -

In the event that the Company is unable to meet such obligations as a result of the failure of the Fundraising to complete in full, and in the event that the Company is unable to secure alternative sources of funding, the Directors believe that it is unlikely that the Company will be able to continue as a going concern and it is highly likely that the Directors would (in order to fulfil their duties to the Company's creditors and to other applicable stakeholders) seek to place the Company into a members voluntary liquidation (which is a solvent liquidation procedure) that will seek to pay all creditors of the Company in full but any such proceeding would be likely to result in little or no value for Shareholders and Shareholders may lose all or a substantial portion of their investment.

These possibilities are considered to be realistic, not remote.

Their own guidance (Allenby note) has a £4m FY25 loss. The auditor will need a year’s cash to sign off their accounts. I know you didn’t know that when you were ramping this in April but I assumed you had learnt.

So if they finally manage to hit their guidance of £8m revenue which will have a Jan 2026 RNS and there are 7bn shares in issue with a 1.5 multiplier the share price would be circa 0.16p so a 60% uplift on a 0.1p raise and that would be an impressive uplift in likely 10 months or so. Again, the question is will they get a raise away in Q1 next year (they surely won’t leave it so late as likely a larger discount).

Their own guidance has them losing £4m FY25. We know most of this will will occur in the slow H1 and we know their is a lack of visibility on forward sales so they will need a cash injection to continue as a going concern beyond June. Like this year it is not easy for loss making PLCs to raise cash. A discounted raise if they have the interest seems highly likely. Given where the share price is let's say 6bn shares at 0.1p for £6m. If they are able to get one away I suspect the co will have a future as they must have convinced IIs to throw yet more money at it and I suspect they will need more than Stephan's word. Okay so 7bn shares in issue and guidance of £8m revenue next year and no guidance given for 2026 but let's guess at £20m revenue. At 1.5 multiplier the market cap will be £30m if they realise that and RNS in Jan 2027 trading update. With 7bn shares that will mean a share price of circa 0.45p. Now one can argue about revenue multipliers but they tend to be between a factor or 1 and 2 and more often nearer to 1 than 2 so 1.5 seems fair enough. My point being IIs will be even more risk averse given the track record here. Of course they could hit £100m in 2026 and the share price could be over 1p in 2027 but many ifs and buts. I don't think they'll get a raise away or indeed sell the co. Time will tell.

Given cardio toxicity a common issue with dox of course they were pleasantly surprised and Avacta wanted even more patients to confirm this is the case. Hence the pivot to TNBC

Remember ava6000 with zero cardio tox issues. Hopefully news on P1b and the dosing regimes as well as dosing commenced very soon. Ideally DX sale, CFO RNSs in the coming week or two as well.

I’m sure most know money is needed here before end of H1 (for auditors to sign off on accounts without ‘going concern’). I hold here and will buy more once funding clear. If they raise at a premium I’ll have to pay more but given the dire conditions and how hard raises are it might not happen. Potential here clearly massive but the market unforgiving and it’s been said potential massive for years.

Today MIRI wrote -

Anyway, I’m not happy with the discount and doubling of shares but it was likely and some incessant posters need to take stock and realise others with a different view are being honest and certainly not short.

I followed up with - Very difficult to raise at the mo. If they are able to raise with some strategic investors that will be great and will move the share price a fair whack higher. If they have to go to retail I am afraid it will be painful in the short term. Hopefully the former.

Anyway, point is I was cautioning people whilst you and the creep (have to see Phevs on LinkedIn, wow, what a photo) pumped it to over 2.5p and were ramping on others boards. When it go so high I was compelled to take a short out and yeah I kept that quiet (so what) and my cssll was correct. You then posted on various boards apologising for recommending others buy just before a large raise announced.

1st post on this thread ---------------------------------- Full discloser - I'd never heard of this company until 8th April 2024 & to be honest its not really my thing (as I'm not a techie), but I'm finding the opportunity totally compelling. I've been buying small chunks for the past couple of weeks knowing I could get caught out at any point, but at the same time waiting for the price to drop. My average price is around the current sp now ie 2p & I have bought 900,000 shares so far ( I will get to the 1M mark on Monday - 0.2% of the company)at prices from 2.25p to 1.74p & the latest 1.98p just before market close on Friday.

You’re off your rocker!! I bought most of my shares at 10p or so many moons ago and at one time they were worth some £300k but yeah I wrote the money off. I reduced my losses by over 50% and could have done even more had I kept the short open which sadly I didn’t.

The point is if this co does actually have something special and can execute it could multi multi bag very quickly. If it continues as it has been for many years it will go under next year. Given cash burn and programmatic delayed another raise nailed on for early next year. Raised with 250m shares at 3p last year, this year 500m at 1.25p and my bet if they can get another away) is 2bn shares at 0.4p end of this year as they leave to next year it could be a lot worse.

Creepy James, all I have to say is when you and LOTM were telling everyone to buy in March at 2.5p I was saying a raise likely and to be careful. You both went craze ramping and got others to buy so yeah I took out a short to mitigate large losses.

You have sold out twice while ramping and now you’re back in doing the same. Shameless. I suspect you must be 50% down on your recent buys but unlike LOTM at least you’ve been pumping and dumping so have made some cash.
