Of course I can’t come up with figures as I don’t have access to the management accounts like the auditor. What I know is Q4 last year their costs were £750k/month and this will be reduced to £8m pa. We know they had £4.3m cash at YE (they had £6.1m previous year) and we have no idea what revenues are coming in. I am speculating, yes. You believe they’ll be okay and that’s your view, you’re also speculating. Get it?!

LOTM you really like in cloud cuckoo land. I suggest you have another look at their broker note published last Sept. They had programmatic launched by YE and guided a £4m loss this year. Given most revenues come in Q4 they’ll be running out of cash soon enough.

Anyway, I see no one else comfortable with guessing on the raise so we’ll see.

Medjed some very good points there. The fact of the matter is it’s highly likely they’ll need a cash injection, there is very little chance they’d have enough revenue or booked revenue for audit sign off. Question is how they get the cash. Could be really positive and a raise at a huge premium or indeed if they have booked revenue other options. If it’s more MIRI jam tomorrow it’ll be a huge number.

Someone else brought it up aswell as laughing at the holdings table which when compared to the BoD and its paltry holdings sets off alarm bells.

I have my views but also responded to someone else’s and provided a positive scenario. That’s called balance and it’s speculation. This is a discussion board where people speculate. We have no idea on Q1 revenues but we know H1 usually poor. All this LinkedIn stuff could mean a lot more revenue but we’ve been here before and it didn’t.

Also last year they raised £6.1m which was worked on in April and they had more cash at Dec 31 than this time. Oh and the year before they raised £5.75m around the same time. So I’m not plucking random figures out but look back.

Anyway, we should know soon enough. I was right last year so likely will be wrong this year.

That would be bad short term as the share price would likely fall to the raise price but if the commentary is positive and they say (and can give current booking revenues etc) it will (finally) enable them to break even and then profitable it'll be a short lived drop (it may not even drop but usually goes to raise price). If they raise a even smaller amount and at a premium with great commentary it should fly.

If they raise at the same discount as last year (40%) they will raise at 16p and if they need some £6m with more jam tomorrow and programmatic nearly there but some minor tech hurdles to get over and we expect to break even in Q4 (busiest Q but doesn't mean break even Q1 next year) then it will be painful and likely go lower than the raise.

That said all the LinkedIn posts are positive so surely I'll be the one saying I was wrong and congratulating those who've been buying recently. I'm been wrong more often than not on this so the smart money is with the recent accumulators. We'll surely know in the coming weeks.

Given audit sign off has to happen before July 1 I believe a raise will happen. Many may not or some think a small one needed. Why not have a prediction table (lowest price to highest).

That could be the case to be fair LOTM. But if there is a placing roadshow (I don't know but as suggested) they'd have mentioned this deal and no doubt were told to issue an RNS as it's material. We'll see but certainly things looking more positive here. See what terms they get pn the raise

Anyone have a view as to why we have a 3 mo th delay in the RNS? Surely they are on a raise roadshow and this deal was mentioned so they’d have been told to issue an RNS. Is this the only one? Any thoughts?

If they had the first placing roadshow yesterday I bet what’s happened is they told potential investors about the deal announced this morning and the NOMAD or other advisors said they need to issue an RNS as it’s material and hey presto we have a delayed RNS. Seems highly likely. What’s concerning is there are no other material RNSs to go with it.

Ajay wtf? In May last year they guided £4m revenue which was reduced to £2.5m in Sept and they actually hit £1m revenue last year. Yeah a pinch of salt needed!

They submitted an RNS for this as it’s material. Last year they accounted for over 10% of revenue (say £120,000) and they have a new deal. Surely we get a few more pumpy RNSs before the raise.

Avacta employees including the CEO are working for impatient shareholders and it was them who got rid of the previous BOD which happened due to shareholder value being destroyed. Now CC has been left with a lot of mess and disposal of DX a start but they've had 12 months to place the CLN shares and they've failed. Share price down from when they took over yet science continues to perform so if they're not able to sell their vision to IIs to take the CLN sharws they're failing and this has to change ASAP and not at the end of the year when P1b data comes out

Who knows but the jewel in the crown is 6103 and they expect to start P1 within a year so that money has to come from somewhere. Ideally initial P1b is superb and we get taken over as a major should be taking preCISION forward.

Nurse, the sale of Coris and or something else needed to ensure cash from 12 months from audit sign off. CC has said they will not raise on AIM so I assume cash coming from somewhere else

Preliminary data', I'll have to check with ICE obviously but is that a nice way of saying that the timeline has slipped, I thought 1b was set to be finished this year? Hmm.

Preliminary data as they will hopefully have 50%+ of patients in PFS so they will need more time to get this completed. Again, good news.

They’ve started dosing as per the RNS before. They’re now recruiting/enrolling for TNBC too. We want SGC patients dosed ASAP as that is likely the indication fastest to approval. Good news IMO. We know we will get another update end of June or early July. Likely tied in with AGM so end of June.

Interim now in May as they expect a cash influx beforehand to extend cash to beyond 12 months from sign off. All good.

So an RNS reach so not deemed material, is this a quick pump before a raise RNS Raise road show? The road show happened in April last year. If there was a load of activity they could’ve had a more general update.

That said they could have ramped up revenues and only a small raise needed and they could have strategic investors.

And no escalation so if withpower in the right ball park we’re looking good. 32 spaces left so 58 to 28 recruited.

Hopefully SGC patients are still going well and further extending the median PFS. More and more data will be coming in to further underpin the platform and I suspect a few large pharma cos have access via NDAs.

Fair enough. I wouldn’t say it’s non news but you’re right it’s not material news. Hopefully once the design is published we’ll get an explainer. We were told this in Dec so I assume we get it at a conference -
