From what I interpreted, this is not a fixed revenue contract. Aviva has chosen geocurve as a specialist partner for surveying, and recommends them to its customers. Aviva has negotiated special rates for its customers who use geocurve. Geocurve gets access to (?huge) number of customers, ?possibly in other markets, as Aviva operates elsewhere. Potential blue sky unknown for sure. Of course there may be a contract with geo for Avivas own survey needs: flood risk, building surveys etc..just my thoughts. DYOR. Good luck all

Some good discussions and venting of frustrations/thoughts here. I agree, I expected this story to be elsewhere by now, I have felt cash is stuck and other opportunities lost along the way....nevermind, that’s often life in investing and elsewhere. It never happens the way one envisages it. For me, no selling at a loss, whether it takes 6 months or a year, as long as narrative stays intact, and people I value most don’t up and leave (PB is central imho). Historically, I think PJ stayed three months, cashed in and left, legacy holders who followed him in are entitled to feel short changed. Anyways, let’s hope we get a good outcome. I m not going to rush by judging the team by relisting opening price. Market takes its own time to reach consensus on value. Just my humble opinions here. Good luck all

Less than a million pound to acquire. So less than two years if one wants to be pedantic. It was touted as the first in a series of acquisitions. Aero kinetics followed later in 2015. It was supposed to represent hardware plus software one stop solutions. Warrants at upto 50p. Very ambitious. Plans go badly wrong. People lose 99% and more. To me, this recent change of BOD represents a new start. Grafted onto geocurve rootstock. Not long to wait for the next chapter. Imho. DYOR. Good luck all

Typical lol. I don’t see anyone commenting on the PFS phase 6, the predicted output or the asset itself. The comment has to be taken in the context of the article as Brycen states. People were being laid off: again a sensible thing as 44% of costs were contracting (sub contracting to Pelly). Being sacked by capstone is more palatable than being sacked by in coming company. Pere already knew the capstone opinion when they did their due dil. Peter stated they are STILL looking to finance the mine, ie they haven’t changed their mind. All just my humble opinion. My average is 2.66p after averaging down. I don’t see any issues with average of 2/3/4 p. It will rise much higher within the year. All the copper price increase etc directly improves figures. Just my humble opinion. DYOR. Good luck all patient holders

Let’s agree to disagree. Same mcap for a co with 70m shares and another with 700m shares. Big difference to share price. With billions of shares, big news is needed to move the needle of sp or to bag. More the share issue, more the free float too (all other things being equal). Less free float = greater rise when good news comes, generally. Just my humble opinions here.

Cheers bythesea! We have managed to acquire an asset with circa $400m revenue, over four years, upside IMHO of Atleast 800-1000m, starting with a shell with mere £2.17m cash and no material assets. That’s the power of quality people in board. I feel I can talk about the company freely given it’s suspended, so no one can accuse me of ramping. Anyone wishing they had bought more ;-)

Any comments on the mine/reserves/mill? Do you see any upside? Or just non stop slash your wrists pessimism? ;-)

PS: even with mine life being as it stands, this was negotiation by a tiddler for outright purchase of an asset with $400m plus revenue over next four years, IRR post tax of 184% (yes not an error 184%), with an existing mine plus mill where $350m has been spent in infrastructure over the last decade. Growth: Only 20% of resource is presently shown as reserves. Even if only a further 25% of the remaining 80% got converted, that doubles the revenue numbers to circa $800m. That’s without accounting for the copper price rising. Or drilling to expand foot print. Or other efficiencies in mine/mill. It took as long as it took. And the prize is worth it. I think people have got used to empty promises in AIM Ponzi schemes, this isn’t one of them. Imho. DYOR. Good luck all

Bythesea: the team has actually been working hard on assessing+acquiring this asset for some time. As it turns out, this was plan A and they have (nearly) gotten it done. It’s been work behind the scenes whilst we have had an (inevitably frustrating) information vacuum. Therefore, a lot of the items I mentioned, must have been covered as part of their due diligence. I spoke via T/C to DL earlier this week gone, he was positive and excited, although he couldn’t give any specific info. The time frame aimed for is still April end, touch wood. It will all come together soon. Imho. DYOR.

Some news expected before that. We will get details of the raising (and therefore a good idea what price range it might open at), possibly an updated Reserves report by independent consultancy, and the draft prospectus. I hope to see an updated website before relisting, with photoes, lots of info on the asset for new investors, revenue and profit aimed for, plans to create efficiencies, how cash raised will be spent (apart from the payment to capstone) possibly drill plans to expand deposit, extend mine life etc. Would be wonderful if there was a rabbit or two in the hat: cheeky renegotiating of pittance streaming contract/s or new land being explored, but that’s my wishful thinking, it all takes time. The company hopes to relist by April end, which is not impossible imho. So exciting few weeks ahead. Just my opinions here. DYOR. Good luck folks

The sp hitting a pence here, is the equivalent of a 17 fold rise in share price, from circa .057p. Isn�t that a grossly unrealistic expectation? A pence equates to Mcap of over �55m. Nothing is impossible, given the sector, but it takes time and concerted effort, and of course a good dose of fortune. Does anyone investing, expect this meteoric rise from any other share in their portfolio? If they do expect this kind of growth, from here to December 2018, despite the expected turbulence from what looks like a toppy market, I throw down the proverbial gauntlet. Name the share and name your entry price, let�s see how it performs :)

Use your common sense: it generally works. Ex: training is still mentioned but we know it’s gone. The website is obsolete, so your point would be.....
