Yes. Every aspect of the existing share structure is subject to a multiplication of 100. The last company I owned doing this was RBS. It should help in the long run. I still believe that without the ML or a significant earnings update the second placing will fail.

The share price 35-7 tells me the first tranche has been placed. Price may settle back at .39 today as that big day to day seller will no longer be around.

insider dealing is still alive and well. Clearly, an investor approached by the placing institution has been making room to take stock at a nice discount. Its nothing new and I saw this practice many many times as an institutional broker. Hedge funds were given the nod and would be the first to take stock in placings (having already shorted the stock) . The question now is, why no earnings news for us private investors? The statement is full of promise but man cannot eat on promises alone. To stay positive one needs comfort. I am fully aware of the need for additional capital as a business grows. I just hope that all this dilution is the right answer. The bigger the share capital the more likely Instutional investors will be attracted. If the ML is not forthcoming, the second placing will fail in my opinion.

New boy. Totally respect your opinion. May I suggest you take a short position in the stock. That would marry with your thoughts on the companies prospects. Remember, it takes two too tango. Yes, over optimism is rampant in here but a thread of reality is always evident. Some well thought out, well meaning individuals go to great lengths to understand what is, a very complex company (situation). I remain confident, the current market cap is way below the prospective earnings. I hope you continue to post and offer well reasoned, opposing views, which can be discussed in an orderly manner.

However. On a positive note. Page 18 of Saturdays Telegraph. UK to invest £1bn in Mozambique gas pipeline. A senior government source was quoted as saying "LNG was an important transition fuel as we work to reach the ambitious target of net zero emissions by 2050". If this offical thinking in the government, all should be well.

Interesting article which, on balance, supports the need for gas storage for at least 15-20 years. With regard to positive updates from the board, the interim figures are due soon and I would imagine they want to give a full and frank update on current and prospective trading conditions. I have seen companies in the past who try constantly to inflate their share price with any snippet of positive news they can muster. I am happy for fewer but stronger long term updates which give build confidence.

Boris J is due to make a big announcement on infrastructure spending Tuesday in an attempt to kick start the economy. That would be perfect timing to confirm IM decision, positive, of course.

I hope that the potential job aspects are not an important issue in this decision. If an investment of this type is to be taken seriously, the basis (for agreement) should be squarely based upon the quality of the proposal. Its engineering aspects, environmental protection and most importantly, the future needs of the UKs energy requirements. Whilst job creation is always a positive, especially in an area of high unemployment, it can not unduly influence the decision.
The merits of this proposal must stand the test of time.

I agree it is a sell. The large seller, evident for several weeks, is holding off until sufficient volume each day . Clearly working with a market maker to unload a sizeable chunk. Let's hope he is a distressed seller and not one that has inside knowledge. His continued presence has slowed my purchases of late. I think, if we knew the extent of his business, we could get together and buy it. Hey ho any day now we will know our fate, either 75% down or 2-300% up.

Topped up again this morning. Each week that passes draws us closer to the decision. The large seller is clearly still active but I am happy to add whilst stock under pressure.

Of course it matters who is selling. If it is an institution with prior knowledge of a failed ML you are looking at a 75% fall in the share price. If it's a distressed seller for other reasons, all well and good. I have seen insider dealing throughout my career as a robber, market maker and sales trader. It happens

This large seller was clearly not done. The size of position being liquidated pre the licence decision has dented my confidence.

I was the 250,000 trade at .0036 last trade yday. Topped up after seeing the blocks go through.

Since 19th May, numerous blocks between 1-5m have gone through. The blocks of last 2 days would added to that recent flow would make me think they could have sold their entire holding. On one hand that is positive re supply and demand, on the other, a concern that an institution supposedly knowledgeable about the industry chooses to bail pre an imminent, potentially game changing, announcement.

Printing 25m could be the end of the large seller. No guarantees but very positive posting it in the manor they have. Fingers crossed. Of course, it may just be a pause.

When the price attempts a break above .0045 the seller ups his game. He has been around in blocks of 1-5m for a couple of weeks. A close above 45 would indicate he is done.

Just watching time and sales makes me think one large seller is active. I agree, they may be on a profit and using losses elsewhere to offset. I am totally relaxed and positive as ever.

It appears that a large seller is unloading a block into any demand. It will make things heavy for a while until his scale is announced. Strange thing to do with such potential news only a week or so away...unless they feel the ML is a no go.

Forgive my ignorance, where have you seen that?
